Stay Fresh Pool Care

This is a first for me to write a negative review on a company based on never meeting them. In one of the reviews it mentions that they show up when they say. This is not true. I phoned Stay Fresh Pool Care and talked in length about expectations for pool service. We scheduled an appointment for Monday at 2:00pm. Mike asked me to confirm appointment. This is something new to me to have to confirm appointments with service companies that are making money from me to call and confirm. My hairdresser, housekeeper, doctor, etc. call me to confirm. On Monday I called and left a message asking for additional service and to say that I would see them at 2:00pm. Waiting, waiting, waiting and no one shows up. At 3:00pm I phoned and talked to Mike who said he never heard back from me and that he went ahead and made other appointments for this day and was too booked up the rest of the week to service my pool. He also expected me to call in advance which is unclear to me how far in advance I am supposed to call. Unbelievable. Are there any pool service and repair companies out there that aren’t flakey?

Stay Fresh is the first pool company that I’ve used tha 1. Shows up when they say; 2. Doesn’t try to up sell me on everything; and 3. Actually responds to texts/​calls/​emails when I have questions. Mike is great to work with.

Mike (the owner) is a super personal guy. I witnessed him turn a disgusting green pool into a sparkly blue gem in 24 hrs. Mike is just a straightforward hard worker. He’ll make sure the job gets done and he’s not out to make a ton of money off of you. He’s flexible and honest! If you’re looking for a pool transformation or just solid weekly maintenance … call stay fresh!
