This is the worst place to go if you need help. I was a provider there and they ripped me off. They billed patients and never paid me. They have billing problems. No staff. They don’t answer calls. My opinion is that this place is a Rip off. If you find a procider you like, they will probably not be there long. Choose anywhere else.

Horrible phone system. They rent rooms in an executive suite type building. No office staff full time. You leave messages and no one calls back. Stay far away from Luchia Young. She spent 10 minutes of our time describing her own brain injury and it is apparent there is something wrong with her. SHE called me – returned my phone call – and she was at a grocery store and started shouting at me that she was busy shopping and could not talk! So who calls someone when they are in a grocery store? Not exactly a professional! What a waste of $ 250 except now we know to cross her off our list permanently. The«session» with my granddaughter after I went to the waiting room consisted of Luchia playing with her phone researching psych meds – isn’t an experienced PA supposed to know about the common drugs without having to Google them? She showed up late for the appointment and cheated us out of 10 minutes of her expensive time.

I wish I was able to rate this company with no stars because my experience has been horrible from start to finish. To begin with, when you set an appointment you get someone to call you back with a direct extension to talk with them and when you need something or have an issue they will leave a message without a working extension. I have literally spent days playing phone tag with the company when trying to get an issue resolved. I went in for my first appointment and was put on an anti-depressant. The second appointment, I notified her that it was giving me side effects that I didn’t like and she told me to continue taking it to get more used to it. The third visit, she spent the whole time telling me how she was leaving the country and that she would be back in the New Year(a month later) and would have someone covering in the meantime but to call back in the beginning of the year. A week later, I received a bill for $ 300 for this visit and it took three weeks with back and forth with billing to get this resolved. When I called back in February to set an appointment to meet with someone to get the prescription refilled they informed me that they didn’t get anyone to cover her position and that she was still out of the country. When I told them what I had been told and asked about options they informed me that it was my fault because I should have just assumed that she was not coming back(they literally asked me what I would have done if she«died in a plane crash»). They essentially prescribed me to take a highly addictive drug, didn’t listen when I asked to get off, and lied about a future plan. Right now, I am six pills away from a miserable withdrawal including what some have said as a side effect of suicidal depression. Please, please for the sake of your mental health, do not go to this office!
