Terris Consign & Design Furnishings

I went here with one of my older customers who was looking to downsize and consign some items. The staff is really terrific, and she was taken care of to respect and pleasantness. She was able to sell many of her items. This proved to be a pleasant experience on all accounts. Wonderful location and people, unlike their location in Mesa. Next time I need to consign or purchase an item I will be going to Terri’s in Chandler. Phenomenal service and great items.

For every happy customer there is ten that are very unhappy. The staff is always changing and many things sit in the warehouse and almost never see the floor. Look around and you will see furniture hidden in areas customers never go.

I love Terri’s. Store is beautiful, staff is great. My stuff sold quickly, than I bought more. The new manager, Ray, is a pleasure to work with. Prices are very fair. This will be the place I shop for all my furniture needs.

It’s a pleasant experience to walk around this store. It’s very clean, items nicely displayed and it’s not cluttered so that you can easily walk around the items. The staff are all very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. While looking at a particular item I was advised that the price was not set in stone and that if necessary they would call the consigner to see if it could be lowered. That said to me that they also try to do what it best for the consigner. The item seemed appropriately priced though. I was looking for something a little more contemporary then what they currently had. Inventory changes often so I might have better luck next time.

I had a wonderful experience with Terri’s Consign & Design at this location. I had never put anything up for consignment before and they made it an easy and painless process. I had been trying to sell some ornate end tables on Craigslist and had never even gotten a nibble. I almost relented and planned to sell them for a pittance at my upcoming yard sale, but these were such interesting pieces that I couldn’t do it. So I looked up Terri’s, found that they had a Chandler location, and beat feet down to their storefront.
Nicole was incredibly helpful and held my hand throughout the entire process (figuratively, that is). I let them pick what they thought was a reasonable price, they explained the terms of the contract, we signed and away I went. I had wrapped the custom-​cut glass tops for these end tables in a comforter, and accidentally left it behind in my haste to continue with my weekend errands. Nicole called me and let me know I could come back and pick it up anytime. This is the kind of customer service I cherish, as it is so rare nowadays!
Upon my return visit a week later, I was thrilled to see the end tables on display. They had been cleaned and polished and really looked tremendous! It took several weeks for them to finally be sold, but when I got my check in the mail from Terri’s, I was elated! I knew that these special pieces of furniture, far too refined for my rustic bachelor pad, finally found a good home, and I made a tidy little sum that I used towards redecorating my swanky-​ass crib.
