Worst broker I’ve dealt with by far. No professionalism at all. The Customer relations with Neica was horrendous. She should not be dealing with people! She does not know how to greet a person, talk to a person or even email in a polite manner for that matter. I am a professional and definitely would not want someone like this representing my company. And this is on top of them ripping you off. Steer clear of this company.

HORRIBLE. From start to finish, nothing but a nightmare to deal with. Owner entered the property on multiple occasions without proper notification being given to me, and then when he directly violated the lease, I notified their office in July. Moved out end of August, after landlord defaulted on the terms of the lease, and now 4 years later am dealing with a judgement against me from the owner, for unpaid rent. They kept my deposit, he filed a judgement, and HE is the one in the wrong. This company was horrible, start to finish, and I hope you RUN in the other direction because they are a money pit waiting to happen! Do not rent from them! I agree with previous reviewer about Neica as well. Just awful all the way around.

NEVER EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Neica Atkins is the ruddest person ever. Horrible customer service as well. Neica is very unprofessional and disrespectful to our Military men. I agree with the review below, no matter how immaculate the property may be, they will not give your deposit back. Run from this property as fast as you can…

If you rent a property with this business, expect to lose most of your deposit even if you complete your lease and return the property in great shape. They have an agenda, that is to get your deposit money for minor issues.
