Arrived before 8 and they were closed. I waited until 8:05 and they still weren’t open even though the sign says they open at 8. I tried the door and it was locked. I had to get to work so I left not knowing when they would actually open. If you can’t get to work and open up on time change your hours.

Location looks like it might be closed from the outside… they are open and it is actually very nice inside, bigger than I would have thought. I went in to return an item I had purchased. Knowing I’d need to purchase a box to ship it in, I figured it would have at least taken me 10 minutes to get out. Nope, the lady measured the item I was shipping, charged me for a box and I was out the door. She packaged my return for me! I’ll definitely go back for any shipping needs I have.

I went in to ship a laptop in for repair. I was informed by the gentleman working the counter that UPS had an agreement with the company that made the laptop and that it would be shipped 2nd Day Air at no charge to me. He filled out all the information, re-​packaged the laptop and I was good to go! Couldn’t have worked out better.
