Toys R Us

I had to swing by real quick to grab a birthday gift. Toys were categorized and easy to find. Prices were adequate and service was good. Overall it was a good experience.

After dealing with this atrocious company for the last 2 days a total of 1 hour and a half combined on the phone only to be hung up on numerous times I finally found restitution at this Toys R Us location.
Toys R Us dropped the ball by cancelling Black Friday orders leaving many people including myself stranded without gift to give their children on the upcoming Hanukkah holiday and depriving those customers the chance to have taken advantage of other retailers Black Friday sales.
The lack of customer service was atrocious during the entire ordeal, their social media a joke, their Facebook page non-​responsive and uncaring and their phone techs dismissive rude and downright awful.
the store to which my item was supposed to ship tried to be helpful but ultimately told me there was nothing they could do, after one visit and another phone call.
I ignored the Unilocal reviews here and went to this location –I got my item ordered at the price I paid for it on Black Friday. thank you Dan and the customer service staff for restoring our holiday cheer.
I will only shop in store at this location and I will never shop online with this company again.

I put an item on layaway and paid half… Went to pay it off the next month and wanted to pick it up… There was at least two of my item on the shelf and I paid over $ 200 and she refused to give me my item. She had excuse after excuse and was rude and was no help whatsoever FYI her name was Bridgett. Avoid with all cost and just go to the babies r us down the street for awesome customer service.

If barnes and nobles has less expensive toys than your store, you have a problem.
Huge store– spent 1 hour trying to find some stuff to buy. Just to come out empty handed. I went to find stuff for some gifts, of all the categories I checked was way too expensive than other stores.
1. They have limited pop funko on the store (only 12) — which were also was more expensive than amazon, barnes nobles and target.
2. Lego — they have alot, but again they are way too expensive. Believe me I spend 30 minutes looking for some kind of decent (fair) price. None. Even the Lego store at arrowhead has cheaper price.
3. Minions– the minion part is the most ridiculous part of this store. Not only are they too expensive for their quality, they are just plain stealing the money out of your pocket– my gf said that the quality of the minions are so bad that she can’t believe such stuff are being sold on a store like this.
I used to love toys r us but it seems they are failing year by year to come out with the right strategy to make me come back to buy anything.

The store was clean and nice however the employees did not want to be very helpful I was not impressed with them at all. I had asked one of the employees to help me find something and they said they would find somebody to help me for some reason they could not help me themselves they sent me around the store to look for a different person not very professional.

This Toys R Us is by far my favorite. The manager is always friendly when we walk in. I was just there and the two guys in electronics went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for. They were friendly and absolutely went the extra mile! Thanks for the lanyards guys!

This store sucks and the manager and employees that we just felt with are VERY RUDE AND LIE!!!

Some cocky store manager named George and his employee said NOT from Amazon!!! WRONG!!!

I didn’t love the customer service by any stretch of the imagination. I came to get my daughter Barbies for her Barbie house and the cashier didn’t even want to honor the advertised price. Nevermind the fact that I even had a snapshot of the sales price. They even called a clerk to the front to go double-​check… As if I was trying to scam them.
The icing to my disappointment with the customer service is that the cashier didn’t even give me rewards club points and I had specifically asked him to give me rewards points for my purchase.

I can see why stores are closing. Dishonest clerk pretends to be the manager wouldn’t return my item dispite providing receipt, license insisted I give my unlisted phone number too. Amazon is where I will buy toys now.

The selection is great but unfortunately the prices are high. They do price match, even with
, which is a good thing. If you go know what your looking for, it’s easy to go waaay over budget.

I have had the oppurtunity to interact with this store twice in the last week. The first i would give 2 stars as i ordered a Wii U online and had it shipped to store. The pickup process was brutal as compared to similar processes at places like Sears. It took 3 inputs of information total. two electronic and then a person came and asked, took my paper and filled the order. 30 minute process with a line of only 2 people ahead of me. The next interaction was worse… Looking for an xbox one, my wife had been calling around daily. SUCCESS! Toys r us had just unloaded several… We arrive to be told that they are not for sale, they are saving them for something. What a clusterf@#k. Promised we would be called when the promotion was and that they would hold one, never heard from again. Luckily Newegg got some in to christmas is saved.

Lame overpriced toys. The only reason I stopped by was because my boys wouldn’t leave me alone about it. They too were «MEH.» The customer service sucked, but in all fairness, I would hate life too if I had to be around kids running around the store and throwing things around and their parents just pretend they don’t see what’s going on. Wont be coming back.

We came here recently to buy a birthday present for a friends kid. I haven’t been inside a toys r us in years. I’m not really sure what to say because I’m not up on the latest toys. You all know how I’m really big on service though and I have to point out that the staff rocks here. We were in such a big rush and my wife asked the girl at the counter if she could borrow some tape and scissors to wrap the toy we just bought and she totally went out of her way to get us what we needed. I wish I remembered her name to mention her here but it was much appreciated.

Don’t Shop at this overpriced store with incompetent staff that do not offer any help whatsoever. I’m a disabled 59 year old lady who went to the the other side of town to shop at Toys R Us for my grandchildren and not one clerk would assist me with pricing or lifting any heavy items that I could obviously not pick up or carry. When I asked to speak with the manager she was practically running away from me. I guess ill just continue getting my toys from walmart
