I recently had the opportunity to visit Ultrasmooth Skin at the new location in the Octotillo Village Health Club and Spa in Chandler. From the moment I met Krista, the R.N., I felt the warmth of her personality and was immediately put at ease. I am always just a bit anxious when receiving treatments, and Krista walked me through each step of the process, making me feel completely comfortable and very relaxed. I left Ultrasmooth Skin at Octotillo having thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I have received treatments in the past at the Ultrasmooth Skin at Gainey Ranch and have nothing but rave reviews for Lisa Williams, Nurse Practitioner and Owner; I commend her for her personal excellence and in training her staff. I love this new location, and give it 5 stars for this visit!
