I ran into this business while shopping for batteries online? I tried chatting – no answer, (no note chat unavailable) after 3 tries OKI So I called the business line 9:10 am Arizona time wishing somebody could help me live via phone ?. A woman with a thick Eastern Euro – English accent answered after a wait? I was glad I got a live answer finally, I am in luck! I told the woman I needed an EXTENDED life battery for my HP Laptop. – an extended life battery for a Laptop modelxxxx I tried to find the battery from you online but can’t find a battery order # that is a match for my laptop touchscreen laptop model xxxx. Can you tell me a number to order the extended life battery. She said I’m sorry, we just opened, do you need a battery for a laptop, I am not a technical person??? Yeah! I told her I said laptop at least 3 times? OK, I will call somebody, (another company) who understands what I need? She said Oh OK (Next search or call)??Maybe I should call back after 12 midnight?

I also ran across this Business while shopping for laptop batteries online. I was using at different company but always had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. I run a computer repair shop and 2 weeks sometimes is 2 long to wait. I ordered from this company and received my order in satisfactory A1 condition in about 3 business days. I was impressed needless to say. Guess who gets all my future business. USB Phone World of course. Found this company through Google Shopping search. I purchase a replacement battery for my laptop back in May. Battery arrived within a few days and last far longer than my laptop’s original battery did (which died within 1.5 years). The price was far less than a Toshiba battery. I will definitely purchase again from USB in the future.
