Verde Salon

Verde Salon is a wonderful find! I love that their products are organic (safe for hair and scalp without the chemical damage); each of the stylist have beautiful hair, so they are a living testimony to the quality and safety of their products. They offer Olaplex, as well, which was added into my color. Carly worked on my hair (color and hair cut) and did a fantastic job on both. I walked out feeling very good with the outcome and service that was provided. Note: If you want the best, you have to be willing to pay a little more for it, but I guarantee that you will not regret it at Verde Salon-​Organic Beauty.

Jenna did an amazing hombre for me! It’s a huge plus that all of there products are organic. I definitely recommend supporting this local biz!

I’ve been going to Verde for about 2 years and have yet to be disappointed.
I get facials with Hayley about once a month and have seen a huge transformation in my skin. When I first started going to her, I told her I ultimately wanted smooth, firm, and hydrated skin. I thought my expectations were a little high but Hayley has transformed my skin giving me the results I was looking for. She is extremely knowledgable in eminence products and is always teachings me little tips and tricks in how to improve and simplify my skin routine further. She is amazing and I definitely suggest adding her monthly facials into your beauty regimen.
Maren is a life saver with my hair, I don’t know what I’d do without her. I always show up not really knowing what I want done with my hair but knowing that it’s time for a change. Maren always gets creative and makes sure I leave 100% happy. She recovered my hair from 20 $ haircuts and heat damage into long, shiny hair. I get compliments all the time and send people her way. She is extremely talented and easy to talk to. I always leave the chair the best mood.

I love that I can trust the products here! I was given a sample of Eminence clear skin organic facial cleanser and treatment for my acne and I tried it and in two days… Acne gone! So I went and bought some of it. They have so much to choose from. I also bought the organics shampoo and conditioner. I’m going all out. No more chemicals! And this place has everything green and pure. I love it!

I recently moved from Miami and needed to find a new stylist and Salon. I found Verde through these Unilocal reviews, and Cristina and the salon did not disappoint! I love my highlights, color and cut! Cristina was AMAZING, and I already scheduled my next appointment. So happy to have found Cristina and Verde. I found my place! Highly recommend!

I’ve been here several times. First the good… I like the organic product. The negative is that the scheduling process is very frustrating. It takes several calls before someone answers the phone and they don’t return messages like they promise. This has been a problem since day one and every time I need to schedule. This particular time I’ve been leaving messages for 4 days and no call back. When I spoke to someone they said they hadn’t listened to them. I referred my bf here and she was really unhappy with her service and the owner kept cutting her off mid sentence and was extremely rude to her about her concerns. Unless some things change, as soon as I can find another organic salon I will likely switch. Will update review if things change…

I was at the salon for a quick Facial and really liked Hailey. Going back for an hour appointment soon. We had a little bit of confusion as I purchased an Unilocal deal but Owner Stephanie Schmidt help resolve the issue smoothly. Really appreciated her help and customer orientation.

My bridesmaids and I chose Verde Salon for our wedding day beauty needs. We got there and they were all prepared for our arrival with fruit and drinks and then they got straight to work. They kept everyone on time and adapted to fit extra people in while not rushing anyone. My bridesmaids all had updos and they looked incredible! Their makeup was also so beautiful on all of them, I couldn’t believe it! I had my hair down and sadly the curls fell out really quick and my hair ended up being kind of blah, but I was so happy at the ceremony that I didn’t care at all. I have also been going to get my hair highlighted by Lacey for a few months and I just wanted to mention that she is amazing! She is so great at what she does, but is also super nice and easy to get along with (just like everyone else who works there). This place is run by an amazing owner and the stylists there are highly talented and personable! I highly recommend Verde Salon!

Today was my first visit to Verde Salon and I am so pleased with the results. I just wish I went here before my last visit at another salon.
The entire staff was friendly and lots of smiles all around; positive vibes from everyone!
I went in for a root touch up, balayage, and haircut. My hair dresser was Emily and she was super friendly and made sure that I was happy in the direction we were going. She gave me some suggestions on what might look best for my hair and I’m glad we took her advice– she did an awesome job. She was able to build off of the color done at my last appointment and turn it into something unique.
Their natural and organic hair dye works just as well as the highly toxic chemical based ones from most salons– but with better results. My hair looks better (and feels better) than I have ever seen it and I will surely be back next time for my touch up.

First time switching since my prior stylist wouldn’t listen to how I wanted my bangs cut. The salon was full of women who clearly get along and like to be there. Christina did a nice job on the color and was a great listener. I will be back to get a cut and color next time. The blow dry wasn’t as full as my prior stylist — maybe because she doesn’t use boar’s head bristle brushes or styling products? It was fine though as my former stylist actually books appointments just for her blow drys. The one star review they got was from a woman who brought in a screaming infant. She actually liked her style and her stylist but punished the whole salon with a bad review because she made poor decision not to hire a sitter. I recommend this salon highly.

After a very long time living with the same hairstyle, I decided to make a change for my hair at Verde Salon. I completely had no idea for my hair and the staff here, exactly a girl who gave me some advice about color and style. Frankly i’m not confident with my body, so it was difficult for me to choose and to know wwhat I really want. She professionally recommended to me some styles and I told her please pic one for me. And woww look at me now, I’m beautiful, my husband takes a surprise. I’m younger and love my life more. Thank you.

Carly was wonderful… so professional and really knows her stuff !! I’m so happy with my color and cut! Staff at Verde are always so helpful and go above and beyond with their customer service. I’m always so impressed when I go.

Scheduling is as easy as anywhere and they book your appointment with their soonest availability to match your schedule. If you arrive early, there are plenty of magazines to peruse with a complimentary cup of water, tea, or coffee.
The reason i chose this place was because of their organic color systems. It’s hair color without the damaging chemicals. I’m a firm believer that what you put on your body is the same as what you put into your body, so I want to protect my hair as well.
My stylist was Christina. She did a fantastic job with the cut and the color, and was very knowledgable about my questions. I’ll definitely be back.

Lacey is amazing! She listens to what you want and does it. I am super picky about my hair and I have very long hair so trusting someone with it is not easy for me. She made it easy though! The organic coloring is the only way for me now. My hair is so soft and not damaged at all from the highlights! I will definitely be returning!

EXCELLENT service, quality, and hair color! Went from platinum blonde to strawberry blonde!
My hair has never looked so amazing and it feels and looks so much healthier after my first visit. Jenna was my stylist and she gave me exactly what I was looking for based on the pictures I brought.
I’m naturally a very light blonde, but with highlights my hair was pretty damaged and dry. She did a protein treatment which immediately helped and then I decided to go a strawberry blonde. She nailed it! Color looks natural, vibrant, and very healthy.
The other stylists were extremely friendly and warm, very professional salon. The best part is the quality of the products. Everything is organic/​natural so it was refreshing to take a break from ammonia and other harsh chemicals. They are focused on the actual health of your hair.
I will be back, Verde is definitely my new salon. Only downside is that it’s a bit pricey, but if you skimp on hair care/​color it generally doesn’t look very good.
Highly recommend Verde.

I had the most wonderful experience today! This salon is so different from the moment you walk in the door! You don’t feel like just another head of hair! The moment I came in they offered me water and tea and the receptionist was so friendly! Cristina did my hair and did an AMAZINGLY job! I have her complete control, telling her I wanted something new and fresh! I don’t even know how many inches we cut off (she estimated 12!!) but the whole time she made sure I was comfortable and she was so professional! I absolutely LOVE my hair and can’t wait to show everyone! I live in North Scottsdale and today’s service and product make it worth the drive!

Cost was ‘okay’, a bit more expensive that what we were used to.

The people are nice and the service is good, it’s just so expensive I can barely stand it. I get it, it’s «fashion» or whatever but seriously. I get my hair cut here and that’s it, and I hate having to have things done other places.
In any case, great people and great cuts. I just can’t bear to go there for much more.

You won’t find that nasty ammonia smell here! All the products they use are safe, organic and smell AMAZING! (I can’t stop smelling my hair!) I had long virgin hair and was looking to get a long bob cut with natural looking balayage coloring and didn’t want just any old products applied to it. Maren did an excellent job with my cut and color. I am so pleased with the results! And her assistant Tori (who is such a doll!) gave me an amazing head massage during my shampoo and styled my hair super cute at the end of my visit! Also, I love the environment. It’s super clean, and the white and green décor is very nice! I will definitely be back!
