This is where I usually go to for some quick household and grocery items. Service is usually good. The store is well organized and items are fully stock. I can easily find what I need here most of the time.

If I could give this store a negative 5 stars, I would! I’ve had issues for the last 2 years getting blood testing strips for type 1 diabetes for my elderly mother. Out of pocket they cost $ 89.00 for a box of 50 strips and she uses 5 to 6 strips daily. They keep pointing the finger at Medicare, and the CMN form that I have provided countless times. The fact of the matter it’s their software that keeps kicking out an error. I’ve spent countless hours working with the manager and calling the main office out of state only to have the same issue EVERY time I need a refill. It’s become a real joke! I thought we finally got it all worked out only to have a data entry error in their software and having to start the process all over again. The Dr. has to fax a new form AGAIN! It’s been almost a week and still have no blood testing strips! Obviously they don’t care about their customers or their wellbeing. I would steer clear of Walgreens and use CVS!!!

This is my go-to location. It’s in a very convenient location and a good location. Very clean, the employees are always very nice, and there’s always plenty of parking. The primary reason I come here is to fill my prescriptions. Most of the time when I go to the pharmacy, I used the drive up(a big plus to have). Occasionally tho, I have to go inside to pickup my scripts, which I absolutely hate because I feel like there’s always a snobby teenage girl working behind the counter that seems like she doesn’t wanna be there, let alone help a customer. Because of that, I just can’t bring myself to give this place 5 stars.

Photo Department — I have used walgreens for years for my picture prints. I had made an online order of prints from my wedding. The prints came out pretty horrible to the point I didn’t want to bother framing them. I had first talked to a girl(who was very nice and helpful) who doesn’t work in that department so she took notes on what I was hoping they can do to hopefully make the pictures better. I’ve taken photography classes so I have an idea or two. I had gotten a call about an hour later and chatted with I believe the assistant manager. I felt like she was not willing to help and kept saying it’s my photographer’s fault on why the pictures came out the way it did. I was really not happy with the situation and her response. She had told me I can come in and talk with her but I would also have to bring documentation from my photographer allowing me to make the prints. I understood why she would need the document but felt more frustrated because I’ve never been asked this and felt like this was an excuse to try and not help me. I had never had this experience at rhe walgreens back in my old hometown. Shorter version… she did end up trying to help me and spent at least an hour(maybe more) trying to fix the pictures. Which is why I’m giving 4 stars. She had explained to me that walgreens has switched to «dry» process which might be a factor in the problem and it was harder for her to fix. I came to find out Target and CVS have the same process.(So I removed a star because of this new printing process.) I had tried Sam’s Club a few days later to find that they do a «wet» process and the quality was much better! Walgreens does offer more options with editing photos though.

Was told 15 – 20 minutes to wait for a prescription. It took over an hour. We were told that we could wait and that our name would be called over the speaker when it was ready. We walked around the store for probably 15 minutes then sat in the waiting area right next to the pharmacy. My brother has pneumonia(which is why we were getting medication) and his oxygen was low, he just got off work and was tired, and he was coughing up a storm the whole time. Hard to miss that a big man is sitting in your waiting area looking like crap and coughing like hell. The reason this is important is that finally after an hour I went back up to the counter to ask how much longer it would be(because he was really feeling sick and wanted to lay down.) I told the kid that I’m sorry to nag, but we were told 15 minutes and it had been an hour. He looked it up and said it was ready; they must have just forgotten to call it out. WHAT!!! Ok…even IF you forgot to call it our right away, how did none of the 5 or 6 people working there think«Boy, that man over there has been the only person sitting in our waiting chairs for about 45 minutes now, coughing his brains out and looking like hell… I wonder if he might be waiting for something… Oh shoot! We totally forgot to call it out!» Nooooope. I have a prescription to move from my old pharmacy across town but I think I’m gonna cruise over to a nearby CVS and see if they can do better. Peace out, Walgreens.

Following release from the hospital in pain, I gave the pharmacist, Theresa T., a prescription from my doctors office that she was unfamiliar with(even though this was a common medication prescribed for decades) but refused to call the doctors office to clear up any confusion. Her assistance was actually yelling at me «no such prescription exists» every time I and my friend tried to provide information as to both the drug and generic names. Their communication was extremely rude. It was the most ridiculous, unprofessional, incompetent pharmacy team I’ve ever encountered. Will never go to this Walgreens ever again. Being too busy is no excuse. Walgreens, it is criminal to treat hospitalized, sick persons as your team did me.

Always clean and usually has anything I’m looking for in stock. Most of the product is way more expensive than Walmart, but it’s good for the convenience. Some of the employees are grumpy, but I overlook it most of the time.

Yeee hooo, just like every other walgreens on the planet. If you have been in one before, this one is exactly the same,

I like the staff at the Walgreens pharmacy, they’re helpful and are usually friendly. At times they can be just pleasant but I’ve got nary a complaint of this location. Overall the store is neat and organized and I am able to pick up items whenever I’m too lazy to stop by Target. =)
