I asked them to clean a vintage jacket for me. The man, presumably owner, in much too casual clothing, threw the jacket in a coin wash machine on cold setting. He then poured some tide for colors in, said come back around 6:30 and that ironing was a dollar extra. I was charged $ 4.50 without the ironing «because it is a jacket» and the 2 small stains did not even come out! He said the stains would come out. I could have done it my self, buying his supplies in his machines, for a fraction of the cost. Outrageous.
They did not call me when it was done, so it took me a day to see my still dirty jacket.
The lady working ran my Visa card for $ 450.00 when I paid for my dirty jacket. She reccomended, in pantamiming and not english, that I scrub it at home my self. So, I paid the cleaning people more than a dry cleaners price to not clean it and also tell me to do it my self.
