We have been patronizing High Timber for years, and have put up with their substandard way of business for years for lack of Kareoke places to get together with family. The bartender makes it a habit of smoking indoors, and the customer were complaining. They are completely understaffed even when there are not busy. Had to walk up to the bar numerous times to get drinks for our party. We witnessed the bartender completely blew his cork, and yell at patron for bringing in a beer from the attached hotel to the place. He demonstrated pure unprofessionalism.

Happened here on a Thursday night, and this is without a doubt the best level of karaōke I have experienced in my life. People from 20’s-80’s performing top level karaōke for hours. Most seem to be regulars, sound like my night could be easily recreated. Enjoy!

The atmosphere is exquisite. We ordered pizza and it was delightful. I enjoyed the karaōke and didn’t even mind the Jeffrey Dahmer song. If you like strange bikers and beer, go to the High Timber Lounge!

You can’t beat this place for what it is — beer and good karaōke. The singing started at about 8:30 and kept on going, get more and more fun as the night goes on. Very friendly environment — it’s Cheers if they had singing. And if it was in Chanhassen, Minnesota.

We went here last Friday and actually got a table! And a server came over and took our drink order! And came back on a regular basis! Good times!
