I have used Heidi’s crews for several years and I have referred many of my clients to her as well. My schedule and needs constantly change and she is very good about being flexible with scheduling. The girls that typically come in are younger and work together as a team. I leave them a list of priority items to make sure I get the most important items covered. They are respectful toward my dog and always lock up when leaving. When I was home sick, they were extra quiet and made sure not to disturb me. I have never been disappointed with their services.

I used them once while I was on bed rest and was unimpressed. I was assured they’d clean (sweep and mop) the wood floors on our main floor but they did not. That was one of the main things I wanted to do since I couldn’t at the time. They also just let themselves out when they were done, just hollered to me upstairs that they were leaving. By the time I made it downstairs, I could plainly see the floors looked exactly the same. I called to complain and was told someone would come back to fix the problem but never heard back again from them.
