I was there a day ago and automatically regretted it. One of the managers(i believe his name may have been Jeremy) reeked like pot when I walked past him. It’s run completely by teenagers who spend more time spacing out then actually watching your children. The set up is nice, was lots of fun for the kids but the employees ruing my experience. A girl with brown hair was completely rude to my child as well which made her experience un-enjoyable. I will not be coming here again and don’t want anyone to experience what I did.

Great for parties(group rates are always a bargain), BUT I went there yesterday, just my kids and I and seems WAY overpriced for the amount of people there. The place was totally packed(no where to jump, except in your little cube), so basically I paid $ 70 for my kids and I to stand in one spot! Dumb.

My daughter had her birthday party at Jump and Jam and the kids had a blast. The party room, party host, pizza, and slushies were great. The kids enjoyed the trampolines and laser tag. I had left a voice mail when calling to schedule and received a prompt call back. We were able to work out the full details in that one phone call. I’ve also taken my girls to Jump and Jam just for family outings and play dates. They always have a good time!

What a fun place! Went here with a ten year old and had a blast. They offer a variety of activity to keep the kids entertained for hours. In addition to the standard trampoline area, they have trampoline basketball, trampoline dodge ball, laser tag, and air hockey. You will not get bored here. And parents, you should really join in the fun. When’s the last time you jumped on a trampoline or donned laser tag gear? Can’t remember? Then it’s been too long! There were plenty of adults joining in and I promise that it’s way more fun than an hour in the gym. I thought I’d jump for a minute or two and then sit down but instead I was enjoying it just as much as the kids. We played laser tag several times against other groups of kids and afterward were able to see which team scored the most points. And the best part? The kids wear themselves out and you can put them down for a nap afterward. :-)

My friend and I went to Jump and Jam after she received a Livingsocial deal. We both have been to other trampoline parks in the metro before, so we thought we’d try this one. It was a lot of fun! I don’t know how long ago they opened, but it seemed busy, yet there was still a lot of room. The facility is really large though — so I could just be misjudging capacity. We were the only adults there that were not parents, so that was kind of funny. There were several birthday parties going on and so when they were jumping around some would come by and want to jump with us. It was cute. They have dodgeball areas and some basketball. There is also laser tag, but since it was us 2, we didn’t play. There is also a «parent room» with tv, chairs and internet access to hang out while your kid is playing. I don’t know the rates but I would think it would be a fun place for a party or to entertain your kid during the winter. There is a lot of staff monitoring and everyone was really helpful. What a blast! The Jump and Jam Activity Center is such welcome departure from other kids’ activity centers. Jump and Jam has much more of a «move and fit» focus rather than«chaotic indulgence». It’s housed in a large warehouse space, so it’s big enough that even at a busy time, the noise and activity level isn’t overwhelming or chaotic. The predominately young adults they have working do a nice job of monitoring activity and getting involved. Staff were jumping when appropriate, organizing kids for a game of dodgeball, and my nephew even said the staff member in laser tag put on a vest and played with them when only a few kids were participating. I took my 7 year-old nephew and his friend. I started out watching, and the staff encouraged me to participate. I haven’t played laser tag since I was a kid! They also have a quiet area with cable and wifi if the kids are too embarassed to have you on the trampolines with them. Admission is a little spendy — $ 28/person for 2 hours of trampolines and laser tag(there are other pricing options). But, the day was more affordable that my husband and I were able to participate and concessions are very reasonable — $ 1 bottled water, $ 2 Gatorade. I appreciated that they had healthier concessions than most other kid centers — water, Gatorade, pretzels, etc. All in all we probably spent the same as if we had got to the big smiling Mouse’s house, had a greasy pizza, pop, and plugged tokens into germ-infested child-size slot machines… and we didn’t have to come home with plastic novelty toys to get lost under the car seats. Unless they offer discounts with coupons or punch cards, we’ll reserve this for special occasions rather than a typical weekend outing, but it was a great way to spend an afternoon.
