Bought a laptop for my son 20 months ago for less than $ 450 for Christmas. The Chanhassen location had sold out of the product, so we bought the computer at the EP store with agreement from the Chan store they would support it. The laptop malfunctioned after 17 months. We delivered it to Office Max in Chanhassen, MN, ten days ago and paid a $ 100 minimum for repair. We just minutes ago got off the phone with the repair technician named Lily who informed an additional $ 400+ would be needed to complete repairs. Moreover, Office Max currently has the same computer listed for $ 449 – more than $ 50 less than the repair. We told them to send it back and we will repair it ourselves. Do not buy from Office Max and expect reasonable support.
