Three months have passed. The storage facility fit the bill for our move to Minnesota. It’s the customer service that has disappointed me as a consumer. What started off as really helpful has turned into inept as I’ve tried to end my rental agreement. I had paid for three months plus in advance. And now that I want to cancel, they seem to be reluctant to offer up the refund of the remaining balance. I’ve been there in person and now will write a follow up letter.
