After neglecting my furnace for a good 8 years or so, I thought it was time to have it serviced before winter set in. I ran across a great coupon for a $ 59.95 furnace inspection and cleaning for Comfort First and decided to give them a call. I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly, and the service tech was on time and very professional. He completed his work quickly and efficiently, and even gave us some tips on how to better maintain the system (including which filters to use) to keep it in good shape. We even talked about next spring and how I will need to have my AC unit cleaned and inspected as well. I’ll definitely be scheduling that service with Comfort First next spring.
The bottom line is that I could not be happier with the service provided, the professionalism of the service tech, and the overall pricing. I also appreciated the free advice on how to better take care of our system to keep it running for years to come.
