It’s Pizza Hut … Same everywhere

Its a Pizza Hut so you know what you’re getting with the food. The customer service here is great and its very clean. The pizza is always fast and hot!

Obviously there are tons of local chains in the area, some of which I’d say unquestionably have better pizza, most of which have more variety of other items. But sometimes you want good old Pizza Hut, and they just opened this one right around the corner from my neighborhood.
I placed an order for delivery at about 5:20pm on Sat afternoon using their website. I like having that option because you can check specials, build custom pizzas, and add whatever you want to the order very easily. The estimated time of arrival was given online at 5:48. The doorbell rang at 5:38 instead, so they were early!
Negatives? I thought the pizza was pretty light on cheese. There were lots of spaces on top of both pizzas that had no cheese at all. The wings were pretty small. They also have a delivery charge of $ 2.50 and specifically say it doesn’t go towards the driver on the website. I have no problem with a delivery charge, and I usually tip decently. But my delivery charge + driver tip was $ 7 on a $ 22 order because I didn’t want to stiff a speedy, friendly driver on the tip just because her store also charges that fee.
Positives? They were early, the delivery driver was friendly, and they threw in 10 wings instead of 8 (I guess that is to make up for a couple of the wings being tiny?).
The positives outscored the negatives by a smidge to give it 4 stars instead of 3.
