Auto By Design

I came across Auto By Design (ABD) while using a used vehicle search company/​tool when I was looking for a specific luxury marque at a reasonable price. I emailed ABD to make arrangements to view and test drive the car, and ABD responded quickly with a lot of information about it. The test drive with Mo went well, and the overall condition of the car and other cars in the ABD inventory indicated to me that this dealership selected outstanding used cars. Plus, neither Mo nor Sean were high pressure at all and were willing to give a fair price for my trade (matched the True Value estimate without knowing what that estimate was). Although other issued precluded my purchase, I continue to keep ABD bookmarked for later. I’d recommend it to anyone interested in a fair deal on a premium used car!

Upon writing my previous review, I was contacted by one of the owners of Auto By Design, Sam, and was willing to discuss a plan on rectifying the issue I had with my purchase of a 2006 Land Rover LR3 through them. He was willing to pay for the expense of repairing the exhaust issue we had with it from right after we bought it. Also, he was willing to help me in getting an extended warranty on the vehicle to help relieve any worries I had on any additional issues that could come across.
Sam was very helpful and understanding. Unfortunately, because of the mileage (at 80k), the warranty companies were not able to take the LR3, but the fact that Sam was willing to listen to the issue at hand and help compromise on a solution that benefitted both parties says a lot about his integrity and character, and made his business better off (at least in my opinion).
That being said, Auto By Design does sell great cars, and its staff are helpful. If you’re in the market for vehicles in the sport/​luxury category, they’re definitely worth the look.

I had a great car buying experience at Auto by design. The entire team was patient and kind to me, I knew I wanted an SUV but I wasn’t set on a specific make and model, they have a wide variety of inventory from super high end Ferraris and Porsche’s to trucks, SUVs, Subaru, and all at really affordable prices. Anyways I went in ready to purchase I had a check from my credit union, I explained my specific needs, and I ended up purchasing a beautiful Infiniti QX56. I am so happy with my purchase honestly, Its exactly what I needed. They even showed me all the services they had performed on the vehicle, which I am honestly grateful for because it is a used car so rather than me having to take care of these services myself they already handled it. Oh and the entire transaction process and paperwork literally took like 30 minutes! THANK YOU GUYS so much for everything I am referring all my friends and family to you guys!
