CleanWay Carpet Care

I purchased a deal on Unilocal for carpet cleaning CleanWay and they were excellent to work with. I was under a time crunch and they worked with me to get an appointment within 1 business day. Mark was on time and did a fantastic job. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Cleanway steamed my kitchen floor tiles and grout which was absolutely disgusting before they came. Thy did an awesome job and it is much cleaner and brighter now.

I have now used CleanWay twice at my home to clean the carpets. They were knowledgeable, professional and on time. My very worn carpets look and smell brand new. The technician helped me to assess the needs of each rug that we wanted cleaned, which included pet stains. He was able to get out stains that I had had for a few years. Highly recommended!

I was moving out of my current living situation and was super stressed out about the condition of the carpets, being that my puppy had a fair amount of accidents in the 6 months I had lived at the residence. From start to finish, CleanWay Carpet Care was a dream to work with. I was in contact with the sales rep/(owner?) Mark for about a month before the actual cleaning and he answered all my questions patiently and promptly. He was also running a special on his website and he honored it for me.
Being that I was dividing the cost awkwardly between my two roommates and I, Mark even gave me a run down of what each area of the townhome would be priced at, so we could all pay the fair amount.
I was super anxious about what stains would lift and, even from just Mark walking through the place, he told me everything would come out aside from one stain that wasn’t pet related, but rather actual dye on the carpet, and boy was he right!
The technician, Ryan, called when he was about 20 minutes from my house and texted me (per my request) when he was about 30 minutes from being done so I could rush over on my lunch break and write him a check.
The carpets look fantastic and I can’t say enough great things about CleanWay Carpet Care. I’m so relieved and will definitely be using them again in the future!
PS: They even gave me a little bottle of «Spot Out», which is professional strength stain remover! Hopefully I won’t need it, but it was a lovely touch :)
