I’ve been dying for kfc-it’s been years since I had it. I read the reviews of this location and thought that surely it can’t be THAT bad. Oh yes it can! I ordered a number 2 at the drive through(breast and wing meal), and pulled around. The car in front of me was obviously demanding a refund… not a good sign. When I got to the window, the girl double checked my order, so I thought I was good. I paid and drove home. I should have checked, because I ended up with three wings. I was hungry and had to get back to work. But now I feel like I need a shower, Believe the reviews, folks! This location is a hot mess.

This review & ranking based ion the Hot Chicken. Trying out the ‘Nashville Hot Chicken’ and the folks from Nashville are right it does not taste half as good as the realNashville Hot chicken, so if u think u r having the real deal u r NOT! U need to go to Nashville for the real deal!!! First off it’s way to greasy(but that’s with all these fast food fried chicken joints) then it’s not very hot at best it’s med spice but for me it’s no spice(I do eat very spicy so it maybe spicy for others) and lastly the biscuit for me was way to dry, real hot chicken DON’T use biscuits they use plain white bread. I will NOT try it again, was wishing it tasted good but it’s barely Meh to me.

I ordered the 8 pack(half crispy/original) chicken meal with sides of coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and baked beans. Compared to my previous KFC experiences, this was ok. The seasoning and texture of the chicken was ok. Coleslaw and mashed potatoes were as expected. The baked beans was a new experience. The flavor was good but I didn’t really care for the pieces of chicken that was in the baked beans. The eating area did not have any AC at the time but hopefully they’ll take care of that. I hope they get better as I’ve always been a fan of KFC.

Look what we got in the mail!!! $ 10SPECIALGUESTVOUCHER to spend at Chantilly KFC. Mr. Goldstein, do you really think Im going back to Chantilly KFC and use this SPECIALGUESTVOUCHER after what your general manager did to me??? This is insulting.

This KFC located in the Sully shopping center in Chantilly, VA has to be about the worst! Customer service and general quality of your order is not good. This is a case where corporate needs to step in to turn things around. I have had my order made incorrectly the last 2 times I visited this place. Just yesterday, the manager gets into a shouting match with a customer, very professional! I was starving, all I wanted was some food. They were just serving up a lively exchange that day as people stood around wondering if a cashier or someone would mind to customers waiting. So I bailed and went some place else. KFC – You really need to fix this!!!

Not great service. Ordered a grilled chicken breast and what I got was essentially a brick. It obviously had been sitting around for a while. I asked for a fresh one and got no apology or anything close to it. They told me Id have to wait 15 minutes for the next batch. So I settled for my chicken-brick lunch.

I placed an order for 2 three piece meals and an order of wings. Paid about 23 dollars. They told me to wait about 7 minutes and I waited while playing with my phone. The next person who ordered was complaining about not getting any change back after placing her order and the cashier looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. Anyways, when they told me my order was ready, I just grabbed my bag and drove home in the putting rain, only to find a third of my order missing(a whole 3 piece meal). This place is disorganized and do not know what they are doing.

This is the most disorganized KFC I’ve ever been to. It’s common for them to be low or out of the original recipe chicken breasts(which are also frequently small), even before 7:30 at night. They don’t seem to know how much chicken they have on hand and then request that you wait an additional 20 minutes for them to make more. The chicken itself is good, the cole slaw and biscuits are okay, but the mashed potatoes taste like mush and the corn on the cob is always soggy. And they consistently forget the dessert, which I no longer bother ordering. If there were another KFC closer to home, I’d go there instead.

This is the worst location in Northern Virginia. Every time I visit it takes 30 min to get served because they do not have enough help and never have enough food prepared. Tonight was the same. After waiting for 15 minutes to get waited on in the store they were out of grilled chicken and was going to be 15 minutes before more would be ready.

The service here is friendly. There are promotions that aren’t advertised so ask if you want something different. Some of the pieces are small, but I got free extra pieces to make up for the size issue.

I’m not sure what goes on with KFC in this area. They take forever! I typical lay do a bucket and sides when I order for my family of 5 — nothing special! Normally on the weekend and there is only ever one person at the register and it can be 30 minutes from walking in to get my order

The closest KFC to home, unfortunately it is slow, servers are rude, disorganized, ½ the time they get the orders wrong, the staff just spins in circles and do not get much done. The restaurant doesn’t carry many of the KFC featured and advertised items and despite advertising the items on their site menu, when you order you get a rude«we don’t carry that» I am a fan of KFC but this place is a big turn off and I rather do without KFC than to be annoyed every visit.

Stopped to grab a quick meal to go… wow… first time I’ve had«dry» fried chicken at a KFC… stuff tasted like shoe leather. Mac & Cheese looked more like Mac & Mayonnaise with orange/yellow #7

This place is the worst KFC I have even been to. The employees are rude and you have to wait forever for incompetent crew members to take and then give you an order. I was very keen in walking away but my dad was yearning for KFC. The atrocious service will sap KFC’s 11 herbs and spices outta your mouth.

No original recipe on Sat at 8:00 pm and it took them 15 minutes to figure it out. Employees cursing each other in front of customers, why? Well because there ain’t no chicken! So chicken comes out and my order is given to the guy behind me because my server excels in the concept of slow. Just left without food because wasn’t worth it. ZERO stars.

This is an awful location and even worse food. The food is consistantly bad and this goes on for five plus years. I kick myself everytime I get the food. The sodas are always off. Do yourself a favor don’t waste your time or calories.

A&W left this place a long time ago, but KFC which shared the location is still here! Picture needs to be updated. Otherwise seems like a regular KFC. Ordered two buckets of crispy chicken and it came out pretty fast.

Stopped on evening Sunday to use buy 2 pcs meal get another 2 pcs meal free, great deal. But took 30 mins for waiting, KFC change to fine dinner, don’t they? Dinning area very dirty, table, chair and soda station sticky everywhere. need more attention on cleaning, and you have to ask for the sauce. For the food is good by itself. I saw a good deal on Sunday; 10 pcs with 2 side 6 biscuits for $ 10, can’t beat this one.

I just wanted a twister wrap and a small drink. I said it 3 times when I ordered. So when I received my order and it contained something other than a twister wrap plus fries, I was irritated. I took it to the counter and told them it wasn’t what I ordered. I expected an apology and for them to hastily remedy the problem. Instead, they insisted I did indeed receive a wrap. I picked up the sandwich to show them and said, «This isn’t a wrap. It’s a sandwich.» It was so obvious it wasn’t a wrap, as wrap’s are tubular and made with tortilla, not circular and made with a bun. They kept saying that the cashier rang it up as a sandwich, so obviously I ordered a sandwich. Um, no. Glancing at the menu, I noticed that they had given me a #4 instead of a #5. Why not just admit your mistake and give me what I ordered? They finally tell me they’ll make me a wrap. It takes them another 8 minutes to make it. I don’t even bother to tell them I didn’t want the fries because if the wrap was that difficult for them to understand, then I didn’t want to find out how they would have handled my telling them I didn’t order a meal either. While waiting for my wrap, a guy asked them for a job application. Good luck, buddy. Incompetent people work here.
