Initial project was delayed on their schedule by four months. Since the project was done late in the season all of the line paint on our tennis courts started peeling up. Additionally, the pro bounce mesh is coming up in spots. They also painted our basketball court at this time, but didn’t survey the surface and put latex paint on oil based paint, so half the paint has already peeled up. It has not even been a year. After reaching out to MATCS they initially seemed eager to fix our issues, but as soon as the subject of scheduling came up they suddenly became non-responsive. They will no longer return calls or answer emails. I would strongly not recommend this contractor. They have poor workmanship and no desire to adhere to their warranties.

Mid-Atlantic Tennis Courts and Supplies has resurfaced our courts for nearly seven years. They do, in my opinion, the highest quality work in town. If they stick around the job site longer than you expected, it’s because they are trying to perfect the court. If there is an issue, they are always responsive and come to fix. Great company! Contact me if you have questions…

Some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I should have rejected the contract given all the typos and even a photo of cracks in a court that belonged to another facility. We contracted in spring 2011 for our tennis courts to be refinished, and then the waiting began. Somehow, no one ever knew when, or if, our work would be started. Repeated calls and emails to the owners went unanswered. All we were told was that other jobs were ahead of us, with no information provided about when we could expect our work to begin. Then one late summer day out of the blue we get an email: Your work may begin soon. Followed by a call the next day: we’re outside your facility waiting for someone to unlock the gate. Please don’t make the same mistake we did!
