In the last 10 years we had been using another prominent AC company in the area. When we need them the most they said it would be 7 – 10 days before they could come out. I called Vernon and they came out the same day. Mr. Riley was very professional and timely. He also quickly fixed the problem. Since this initial visit several weeks ago we had another unrelated AC problem. Similar response from previous vendor but 3 – 4 days this time. Vernon once again came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and had the part on the truck (rare for the other company). Needless to say that Vernon is our AC vendor of choice and I highly recommend the very professional and courteous Mr. Riley.
