Vapin’Goats

I was so excited when I first found out about this vape shop as it was so close to where I worked and I had read so many excellent reviews about their customer service!
I went in the day after Christmas as my vape had broken and I needed a new one! The guys did help me out and I left with a new vape and a package of coils!
Less than thirty days after my purchase the button on my vape broke! When I took it back in I was told that it was suppose to be that way and was basically dismissed! The Vape is broken and no longer works!
So, I’m sure that you can understand why I am less than thrilled with this vape shop!

Decided to check out this vape store last night after discovering it is opened until midnight! To those driving here from Route 50 once you get onto Lee Road the entrance to the Industrial Park is before the upcoming light. If you miss it, you will have to u-​turn on Lee Road and then perform another u-​turn on Route 50.
When I first step into a vape store, I always ask for a menu of juices. This is common practice in all the vape stores I have visited in Portland, San Francisco, San Diego and Los Angeles. This is the first vape store in VIRGINIA I have been to that ACTUALLY has a menu to browse. The owner was very helpful and patient with me while I took forever to browse the menu. I was able to try a lot of the juices on a dripper he freshly rebuilt for my samplings.
He really took the time to get to know my preferences and made great suggestions on new juices to try. Very knowledgeable and I learned many new things from him that night. He brought me up to date on many of the latest tanks. The level of customer service is hands down the best I’ve come across. I have found my go to vape shop and the hours of operation make it even better.

Love this shop! Wonderful, knowledgeable employees and a fantastic selection of juices and supplies. Whether you’re new to vaping or a veteran, you’re treated like family here. In addition, they’re open much later than other shops in the area. Highly recommended :)

Let me start by saying that when this shop first opened, I didn’t know it existed nor was I here for the grand-​opening. Once i finally made my way here for the first time, immediately I felt at home and felt like a VIP customer. The customer service is just exceptional! The owner Saif understands every aspect from juices to hardware. The employees here all have positive attitudes every time I step foot into the store and always help me find exactly what I am looking for. The selection of juices are fantastic! They carry premium juices that all taste amazing. Normally, going into vape shops, you would just purchase what you need to and leave but every time I come here I stay for hours just conversing with the different types of people in the store. You almost never want to leave! Their hours extend until midnight Monday-​Saturday so after work I know exactly where I can go to fulfill all my vapor needs. The only negative thing I have to say about this shop is that I wish it was open ²⁴⁄₇ because I would never leave.

Hands down the BEST vape shop in the area. My boyfriend and I tried to find a new vape shop to go to after the one we usually went to closed down. Every vape shop we went to after that one, we had the worst experience. Then we came across Vapin’goats and I could tell you, though we were new, we were treated as VIP customers. The owner (Seth) and every single worker is well-​trained, funny, and will take their time to explain everything you have questions about. They take full responsibilty of anything you purchase in the store and are willing to make their customers happy. They have a huge selection of juices as well. Also, they do free builds which most vape shops dont do (but tip should be given because of the amount of time and effort they put into doing the builds and the outcome is perfect). I barely write reviews on Unilocal unless the customer service is really bad but this place was amazing. Once you enter the door, you will never leave disatisfied. I wish I could give this place 10 stars.

So I stopped by this place to pick up some Cosmic Fog Milk and Honey. When I walked in, there were some young girls up at the counter who were getting help with one of their mods and I overheard that they had basically tried to do something unsafe with a mechanical mod and a tank. The girls thought it was «badass», but the guys behind the counter were sure to tell them that they were being unsafe and it could have ended badly. That was the first reason I liked these guys.
Then I took a look behind the counter and saw the juice selection. These guys got everything. For reals. I’ve been to most of the vape stores in a 15 – 20 mile radius. This store probably has the best selection I’ve seen. They were able to help me out with my Cosmic Fog needs, but unfortunately stopped carrying them just recently. They also carry Teleos and Cuttwood. I’m fairly sure I saw pics on their facebook of them carrying One Hit Wonder stuff too (eg. Milkman, Muffinman, etc). I saw a sampler tray with little tanks, but the guy behind the counter basically helped me choose what I want by letting me try everything in his dripper setup which I thought was awesome.
As for the atmosphere, there is a slight sense of the «elite» mentality you find at almost every vape shop in this area, mostly because the scene at this store is very young. They mentioned they had a closed off garage in the back they use to chill and do vape tricks and cloud chasing which seemed really cool. The guy behind the counter said that if I ever had any questions or issues, all I had to do was go there and they’d help me out. They even offered free builds which was really nice of them.
In conclusion, I’d definitely go here again. They mentioned a happy hour during the week where if you came in during certain hours, you could get a $ 23 bottle for $ 20 so you could probably call and find out when that is to get some cheaper juice. I’ll probably also come here if I ever have any build/​coil questions as they’re right down the street from my house and seem like they’re legitimately trying to help out the community.
