Dunrite Home Maintenance

I called Dunrite to come out and help me fix a sliding glass door that was sticking and almost impossible to open. Joe came out to just look at it, but while he was there he took the door off, examined the track carefully, pulled out the roller assemblies and lubricated them there on the spot. Very nice fellow, very knowledgeable. He cleaned out the assemblies, and showed me how warped and old the wheels had gotten because of missing bearings. He also showed me how to take them out myself if I wanted to take them over to Fitch’s to order new ones (they would need to see the old ones to order the correct new ones). He even went by Fitch’s after he left our house to see if he could order new ones without having the old ones first, but it turned out they couldn’t identify the exact wheel assembly without having the old ones in hand. But still, he went to that much trouble. Oh, did I mention I never received any charge for this work? I guess it wasn’t enough to worry about from their end, but I can tell you this — I’ll be calling Dunrite for every home maintenance project I can’t figure out myself.

We’ve called them several times for last minute painting and they always get it done quickly and correctly. We had so many terrible painters, I’m thrilled with the work Dunrite does!

Not possessing any mad skills when it comes to anything requiring «hands» we decided to hire someone to help us do some work around the house as we were moving in. We have had a great experience with this company. They respond quickly and are generally able to get to us within the week which has been great as we are anxious to get settled in. They have built some stairs (for our dogs, seriously), built a cover for our wireless fence transponder, built and installed extra cabinets, made extra room in the attic, added insulation, installed cat and dog doors, put in blinds and installed a ceiling fan.
We are really pleased with their work and they are very nice people to work with. Very reliable, prompt and courteous.
