Absolutely the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Bought an expensive Jotul stove from these folks. One of the blowers failed. I called and ordered a new one. They sent the wrong one and then tried to say I didn’t get it from them since their employee who sold it had left and didn’t record it properly. When they did finally order the correct blower, they ordered the left instead of the right, even though I specified which side and even sent them a picture. The worst was yet to come. Took many months to finally get them to come and install the new blower. Kept putting me off. This was not a problem when I was buying a new stove from them. The install on the second blower was poor and they simply would not come and fix it, even with repeated calls and emails. We’re talking months of this back and forth. I finally called someone else and had to pay again, but the new guy came in a timely fashion, showed me what Fireplace Editions had done wrong and took care of business. By all means, stay away from this business. They will take your money up front, but refuse to stand behind their products.
