We went on a Sunday at 11am, right when they opened. This was our first time at this restaurant and we were impressed with the variety and fresh options. There was a small salad and fruit bar(iceburg lettuce, cucumbers, pineapple, cantaloupe, apples, oranges) as well as a American(pizza, mac&cheese, french fries) and chinese(general, seseme chicken, sushi, chinese vegetables w/shrimp and chicken) cuisine. The staff was friendly and the price was right($ 7.50 lunch buffet). Don’t expect super gourmet food or high quality chairs, you get what you pay for, this is your basic cheap chinese buffet. But my family isn’t picky and we enjoy pigging out on some unhealthy chinese food once in a while so we had a great time.

I mean it wasn’t that expensive, but just all the food was not worth driving somewhere for. There are much better restaurants around. And most of their food is not even Chinese food(ex they had pizza and mac and cheese, so maybe if you have a picky eater then this is a good compromise?). The worst part is that all the food tasted as if it had been microwaved and most of it was soggy or watered down as well(including the Mac and cheese). Also, just not the cleanest or friendliest atmosphere. Ya just don’t go here :(

Make sure to go there just after opening or at a busy lunch /dinner time when food is constantly coming out«fresh» and hot. There’s plenty of selection of Chinese and Western food — from beef & broccoli to pizza and baked fish. Lots of fruit and desert items. Fairly typical lower-end buffet, but I always find the servers prompt and quick with refills. Fussy pallets probably won’t like it; but for a quick-hit midday lunch it certainly is fast and hot.

This place is a pain to get into and out of. Outside in the parking lot there seems to have been little to no maintenance during the last few years. The pavement has grass growing out of it. The building is looking run down too. On the way in there is a waterfall that smells disgusting. Clean that thing up or take it out it smells like an old aquarium. Service was fast and friendly. My drink glass never got empty. There was a good selection of food on the buffet and at lunch time when the food is flowing its pretty good. You definitely dont want to eat here on off hours! Typical chinese food and typical quality. Price was 9.55 for buffet and a drink. Definitely not fine dining but for what it is I think is was ok. I have certainly had worse. Ok in my book.

Hong Kong buffet is disgustingly nasty and have many many roaches one crawled across my shirt as I ate my crab legs and another one was on the chair just believe me

Uh oh, what’s happened? I went last night and felt as if I’d went back in time to August, but worse. Service regressed to dreadful and food nosedived to heinous: a lonely assortment of stale meats and veggies. The fried rice was crunchy — and not in any good way. Upon payment of my check I didn’t even receive a fortune cookie.

As far as buffets go, HK is pretty good. Although they seem to keep the A/C down, pretty warm while eating my food. Also the bathroom is something in need of a spit shine. Food wise it’s crispy if you like crispy and the staff are nice.

This used to by my favorite dirt-cheap, disgustingly-unhealthy, divey Chinese buffet. Well, let me just tell you– NOTANYMORE! This is one of those places were you really have to go in telling yourself«It will be greasy, unhealthy and probably not taste that great. BUTIT’S CHEAPAND I CANEATLOTSOFFOOD \(^_^)/» That’s what I always did and it quickly became one of favorites whenever my MSG was running low. Well, that was when the buffet only cost $ 6-$ 7 during weekdays. However, I haven’t been in several months since I was out of town. During that time, they decided to increase the price to around $ 10! Now, a $ 10 buffet is still pretty reasonable when the food is decent. However, Hong Kong Buffet food is far from decent. Now whenever I go I’ll have to say«It will be greasy, unhealthy and probably not taste that great. And it’s only moderately priced.» Doesn’t quite have good ring to it, does it?

The selection was weak and over cooked. Everything is mushy. This was even at peek dinner time.

Good food; western-style oriental food in good quantities. Wait staff great and prompt in serving patrons.

Smaller buffet but food was fresh and hot. Price was very reasonable. The space needs updating and it is pretty dark. I am used to having a lot more variety to choose from. I doubt we will return.

Came here with my husband. Not bad for a Chinese buffet! Has a few items that I have not seen in other Chinese buffets in the area(namely China Buffet and Hibachi Grill, yes the second one is a Chinese buffet): egg tart, Chinese ginger scallion chicken, Apple pie, inarizushi(tofu skin bags filled with sweet rice), peanuts with scallion and sugar, etc. The selection overall is smaller than China buffet but still comparable in quality. Both China Buffet and Hong Kong Buffet are better than Hibachi.

I visited this buffet a few times. It has a very large selection of different foods. The food is ok and so is pretty much everything else. However, it is a bargain and you do get what you paid for. It’s a bit unsanitary.

This is a GREAT buffet. There’s a pretty big selection — not just Chinese — and the food was pretty delicious. I’m obsessed with the peanut/scallion/sugar mix. The sushi isn’t the best, but it’s passable. I LOVE the egg drop soup & fresh fruit. Hubs loves the General Tzao’s chicken. The price isn’t that bad — all-you-can-eat for less than $ 10. plus it’s very convenient to our home. Service is alright — although the last time we were there, my Sprite was just carbonated water, and I asked for another but was told that«wasn’t an option,» so I went with sweet tea. otherwise I haven’t had a problem.

Note: this restaurant is actually between Europa Drive and Ephesus Church Road. Great Chinese buffer for the price. The rotation of the food is fairly fast, and they have a good selection of non-Americanized Chinese, such as stir fried squid and sea food stuffed tofu.

the food was excellent for a buffet. the(seemingly) cool thing about this place is that sundays through thursdays, they offer a pound of fine steamed crabs to each person. thinking we could take the crabs home, we decided to save them and eat other food. but when we asked for a box to take the crabs home, we were told that we had to eat them in the restaurant. our server had been watching us not eating the crabs the whole time though and didn’t say a thing(there’s no way she couldn’t have guessed what our intentions were). so already full, the four of us were forced to stuff ourselves with the 4 pounds of crab on the table in an attempt to take advantage of the so-called ‘deal’. on the way out, we looked at the sign to see if there was any indication that we had to eat the crabs in the restaurant, but other than ‘free pound of crab per person’ there was no indication that we couldn’t take them home. I wish we had been warned us in advance.
