Excellent spot for a good lunch! Varied menu, fresh ingredients, meats sliced to order. I had a steak and cheese(#56) and the regular size was plenty big! Great service at this location – Parker was very helpful and prepared my sub like a pro! I’ll be back!

Always friendly service here; combined with the great Jersey Mike’s menu that’s a winning combination. This location is very community conscious and sometimes does fundraisers where a % of the day’s sales goes to the chosen charity. Our office often orders catering for onsite meetings and the food is always great and the attention to detail the same. We recently placed a very large lunch order for pickup and they did a seriously awesome job. Brendan took the phone order and was very patient and polite. The order was filled promptly, correctly, and they even labeled each item with the corresponding person’s name. That’s a nice touch not all establishments will take the time for. If you’re heading here at lunch sometimes the line can be a little long(the sign of a good eatery) but they do a good job moving orders through. One easy alternative is calling your order in ahead of time for pickup. To sum up, it’s a great place with good food and service that cares about the local community. That’s a win for everybody.

Haven’t been to a Jersey Mike’s in over 10 years and I was really satisfied with my experience at this location today. Got the turkey and provolone on wheat, «Mike’s way». There isn’t anything I didn’t like and the staff were extremely polite and friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

As far as chain sub shops go, this is one of my favorites. It opened recently and has maintained a very«new» feel in that it is clean and has three flat screen hd tvs. I tend to order the club sub and after going a few times they have learned how I like it. Although it can be a bit pricey, around $ 10 for a meal, I find it well worth it. Note that this Jersey Mike’s location is several miles from Franklin St and the UNC campus. It is definitely not within walking distance for UNC students.

We decided to give this relatively new location a try. Normally we go to the one on Elliott, but the past two visits we’ve noticed they’ve been skimping on the sandwiches. They are cutting the meat & cheese way thinner and not putting as much on it. No like! So, here we were at this new one. We were quickly greeted by friendly employees. There were about six people working — wow! A lot for a not busy time, around 6:30ish. Anyway, we ordered up our food, which was put together nicely. We mentioned where we usually go and why we decided to come to this location. I was told that maybe they were making the sandwiches too big by the standards and were told to cut back and we got sandwiches that were the cut backs. I really don’t think so cos they’ve always been ample at the other location. I also found out it the same owners at both locations, so what gives? We sat down to our subs and they were stuffed full with toppings(like the other place) and the meat and cheese was a bit on the thin side(like the other location too). I’m guessing this is the new standard. Not happy about that. Keep the meat the same thickness and raise the price if you need to! The sammie was still good, but I don’t like the thinness and it feels like I’m getting jipped.
