Pizza Hut

I had the same issue as other reviewers with my pizza not having enough cheese on it.

I’m not gonna leave a huge long detailed description. Just don’t go here. You have to wait about 45 minutes to get you’re food, then it’s cold and nasty. Plain and simple.

We place an order online they said 30 – 40 minutes didn’t come after an hour and a half I called they answer they hang up on me whenever I ask for the manager on duty not very good not a good place terrible customer service online or carry out I will not recommended

Ordered a pizza and the delivery person couldn’t find the address provided. When we tried to explain the address over the phone she got pissed and hung up… So the pizza is no where to be found…

My delivery arrived over an hour and a half after I ordered it, and I live not even a mile away. When the driver arrived, blasting music so loud I heard him before I saw him, his pen didn’t write and I had to go back in the house to find one to write with. He was very polite, and I got exactly what I ordered, but the ridiculous timing was really annoying. Would definitely pick up next time.

I am unhappy enough with my pizza order that I am leaving this 1 star review and contacting corporate. I’m not usually one to not be understanding about stuff, but this is terrible.
We ordered from here today, and I knew it was going to take forever because we had ordered from here once before and it took almost 1.5 hours to get our pizza. However I thought the pizza would at least be good.
Nope. No. Not even close. I’m attaching photos, but in case it’s hard to tell, we got a ½ and ½ pepperoni-​green peppers and sausage-​onion. It should be easy to tell they just cooked some vegetables and then dumped them on top. There’s no cheese on the middle part of the pizza (EXPLAIN THAT TO ME). I kind of think they just used an already made crust and dumped stuff on, made it hot and called it a day.
I’m very very unhappy about this and will not be ordering from them ever again. I could handle the annoying wait time, but the pizza being bad isn’t okay.
I’m a loudmouth. I’ll be telling anyone who listens about this.

I placed a take out order online, received a pickup time, and when I arrived, nice people greeted me and showed me the pizzas to make sure the orders were correct. They were fabulous pan pizzas with some of the new crusts and flavored drizzles, a yummy twist on the food that made Pizza Hut famous. I’m glad I didn’t order extra cheese because they were generous with all toppings.
I don’t understand the bad reviews. The pizza was great and service impeccable. We’ll be back for more!

Carry out. Don’t get delivery. Thirty minutes late this time with my one large pizza. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Or negative stars. 2+ hour delivery and got luke cold pizza. I live less than 1 mile away. Rude staff. Do not order this no matter how much you like other Pizza Huts.

I wish I could give this Pizza Hut location a zero. I have lived in Chapel Hill for 15 years, and just experienced about my tenth rude, disgusting, and/​or unbelievable thing with the horrible staff and food at this location.

This place is sooo tired and worn.
The employees are generally friendly enough. Pizza is about what you’d expect from a national chain.
But the restaurant itself should be put out of its misery. Health department rating is a 100.0, but it always feels like the place has years of grime that just won’t go away.
Pizza Hut should invest in a major remodel here.

Altough it may seem like a half way house for meth heads, this is a place that serves greasy pizza. Expect your service to be as good as the future career prospects of the early 30 year old pony tail wearing cook: low. I have been there multiple times and they have consistently screwed up my order. The place is surprisingly dirty even though it is never busy. Try the breadsticks.

I will give this location 2 stars instead of 3. The food is just as good as you would expect it to be for a National company with hundreds of locations. I give it 2 stars because of the staff inside this location are slow and often get the wrong orders and deliver to the wrong place. Pizza Hut now offers subs and pasta on their menu and wells as wings. This location of Pizza Hut is usually not clean.

We ordered the $ 10 box with a cheese pizza. It came with a pepperoni pizza. We called to tell them that we did not get what we ordered, so the manager agreed to send over another with a cheese pizza. So far, so good.
Except when the delivery guy showed up again, he wanted to take the pepperoni pizza that we had opened and continue delivering it. It makes me wonder if it’s ever happened before. I’m not cool with getting pizza that’s been delivered to someone else, so I’ll pick another Pizza Hut next time.
As for the food, it was pretty standard for a Pizza Hut. That $ 10 box is a good deal.

Oh, my. I know Pizza Hut has declined over the past few years, but this location should be put out of its misery.
On the night we went, the manager must have taken off and left everyone else to fend for themselves. Most of the employees were milling around with no idea what to do. Our waitress was nice enough, but it seemed like she couldn’t get the rest of the staff to do anything.
Food on the «buffet» was left for nearly half an hour over the time indicated by the «time to replace food» sign, and even when it was replaced it was lower quality than I expected.
At the table beside us, a woman repeatedly asked to see the manager, but no one came out. Eventually, the waitress gave her a discount. The waitress then told us to grab some to-​go boxes and fill them up with extra food from the buffet. This was a nice gesture, but we had already decided never to return.
