Avoid this place, my review is from experience. Constant staff turnover leads to lack of staff consistency. Always having to reintroduce myself. Then be sure to review their «gotcha» contracts. As I understand them and have been explained over the phone, we renew additional 3 months via email if you do not call us 60 days in advance to inform us that you are not going to renew. Super shady. The office location is good. The office amenities, shared space is quite small. And very corporate. IF you are a start up law firm maybe a good place. If you are a 95% of every other business that wears a polo and khakis to work then you will feel way out of place. I would not recommend this place, but steer you towards the many co-​working spaces in the area such as Bull City Coworking in Durham, HQ Raleigh in downtown and Entrepreneurs Exchange in Chapel Hill on Bolin Heights.
