I don’t like doctors of any kind. If I never had to see a doctor again that would be fine by me (I’m scared of them and financial advisors for some reason). BUT I knew I had to go to a dermatologist just to check on all of my moles and freckles to make sure they were friendly and not deadly. Dr. Thompson was fantastic. She did a head to toe check and we carried on a conversation — not about moles or skin — during the entire check-​up. She did explain to me ahead of time what she was going to do and she would tell me that the ones I was concerned about were fine in the midst of our conversation. She made me feel relaxed, which is good. She put me at ease. I will definitely go back. I am proud that I went and now have an official «mole map».
