I hired an entertainer through the company to come to my daughter’s 3rd birthday. After confirming with them many times in advance that the character was great, she arrived and had no idea how to interact with toddlers. She was visibly confused and at a loss about what to do and had to end her show after less than 30 min (she was contracted for an hour). It was embarrassing how poor her performance was. I attempted to get in touch with Bubble Gum multiple times after the party and they never responded.
