I work in the area for two years now and I love going there. Great customer service, always clean and quick. I just wish they had more food options as the restaurants in the town are not only expensive, but gets boring real quick.

Staff seems permanently confused, it’s dizzying. I work in town & there are two staff members — Tim & Derrick I believe are their names — who are on always point. The rest need more training in product knowledge, hospitality & courteousness.

Friendly staff and occasional specials get me in the door. Can’t wait to try mini-Frappacino.

True, my experience at this location has been mixed, as are the reviews previously entered. But, today — a very snowy morning, the only people about were the workers clearing roads, and the food places like Dunkin and Starbucks — this Starbucks was open and ready for business-as-usual when I needed/wanted them — long before my driveway and neighborhood was plowed I was able to stop in after I made a pre-dawn train drop off. So kudos to today’s staff for dedication in being there to make my mocha day. Keep working on the service stuff because it’s important. But, showing up today is a huge deal worth noting. I know it was not easy. Thanks!

This starbucks is poppin. The young crew thats usually there is so chill and they know whats gucci. They make the drinks quickly and they turn out great evrytime. If there is a problem they will fix it. I have grown to like this starbucks and the crew gud job guys Edit: They need to rename this place. This place isn’t even Starbucks anymore. The level that it is at is just so elevated that calling it Starbucks is sort of an insult. This place should now be called Tim’s Coffee Shop. Everyone who works in this place, either if they have been their for a long time or if they are one week old, is fantastic. I have never entered a Starbucks and had such fast service EVERYSINGLETIME. The order is always on fleek af and everyone gets down to business. The vibe is so chill everyone is doing their own thang and I can chill in here for hours. I actually took the time out of my day one time to wait on hold with Starbucks headquarters for a good 25 minutes just to praise this place. Give these people an award!!! *round of applause*

I’m a personal trainer, a health coach, and I also sell stuff on eBay for a living so I don’t have a traditional office. Chappaqua Sbux is my GOTO place for quick meetings away from home. I love it! It’s close to home. They have great coffee. And I always get quick and friendly service. EZPZ.

Not sure how this place has such bad reviews, I walked in here at the height of all stress inducing situations for the employees: 3:30pm the after school mob. I saw about 15 cotton candy frozen smoothies served before me, and I was still in and out of there within 10 minutes. There were also cotton candy smoothies strewn all over the floor and kids screaming and making a mess throughout the store, but the staff were doing their best to get the product out, and clean the place up as it was getting torn up. So to the last three reviewers, maybe you act just like the kids of Chappaqua.

I wish I could say it was because he was too busy with other customers. That would be a flat out lie as I was the only one on line to order. It was around 5pm and he was preoccupied with two flirtatious tweenaged girls while the other employee feverishly cleaned the service station and back bar. Finally the barista casually looks over at me and asks for my order, actually he never bothered to walk over to the register, counter, or even proximate to me so it’s more like he loudly asked from the opposite side of the espresso maker. Now a café americano is not a beverage that has a hight degree of difficulty to make; furthermore it lacks a painstakingly elaborate ingredients list, so after waiting around 2 – 3 minutes(I was getting perturbed as my patience was failing me) I asked where it was. «Oh» he says, «right, I got sidetracked». Yeah undoubtedly my the talk of college dorm parties and being drunk with your two friends there. Drink in hand I turn to the self service station for some coffee accouterments but lo and behold there are none. No milk, no sugar, not even a packet of splenda. The whole station is void of product. I look around the store to see if perhaps I’ve missed the full one but that was futile, so I’m back up to unfortunately ask the barista frat boy for help. He gives me a blank and hollow stare, looks perplexed for a moment, then asked me if I really needed milk or sugar because«the other guy is cleaning that stuff». I wanted to find this kids parents and slap them for ever procreating in the first place. Needless to say I kept my cool, I left Starbucks of Chappaqua with both milk and sugar in my beverage knowing full well that the person who made my coffee was wasting upwards of $ 20k per year of his parents money on getting drunk and retaining no formal education… I look forward to seeing him sweeping out the train station on my way to work in the future.

I don’t drink coffee. Sometimes I have to go to Westchester and often times I have time to kill in between appointments. Unfortunately, part of my visit this time took place at this particular Starbucks in a nice spot in Chappaqua. All I ordered was an iced green tea and it was good and that is where the good ended. There were three people working there at the time I arrived, around 6 pm on a Thursday. As I arrived so did friends of the baristalots. For the next thirty minutes while I tried to do a little work, I learned the following things: 1. One dude doesn’t drive, but likes Chipotle. 2. One dude used to bench 300, but can’t any longer. 3. Apparently all the people that work there and their friends who come there are completely fucking deaf because they were all screaming at the top of their lungs as if everyone who came in would knowingly stuff an entire bag of cotton balls into their ears. 4. They continue their conversations through any anomaly — a new customer, a twister, a flash flood — nothing will stop people who are just trying to relax with a coffee or iced green tea from hearing about their latest venture to a club and/or their personal problems. I don’t like Starbucks in general because I don’t like coffee, but this particular Starbucks is a notch below. They do actually do their job effectively in getting out the drinks, however, if you ever saw Con Air just envision the part where the inmates take over the plane and then you won’t need to come to this Starbucks unless you want an update on everyone in the neighborhood’s personal lives at volume 13.

Sometimes I fold to convenience. And in the past two days, I’ve done this twice. Today’s visit to Starbucks proved to be more enjoyable than yesterdays visit to the Starbucks near the IBM building in NYC. However, I am still flabbergasted at the success of Starbucks. I just don’t get how a product so mediocre can continuously deceive thousands of people into believing it’s gourmet coffee. Starbucks is the fast food of coffee, we already know this. But unlike McDonald’s, Starbucks has escaped the expectation of providing a dollar menu. What I want to know is when all the high society peeps who consume coffee from this joint will realize they are actually slumming it and should consider scrutinizing the coffee they drink in a similar fashion to the wine they so carefully choose. My large, oh, my bad… my «Grande» latte was watery, as usual when it comes to shots from this chain. Espresso shots were pulled poorly. I wish I knew of a better coffee shop option around here. The desire for instant gratification strikes again. Drat! I actually visited this location TWICE today(what?!). My stepmom brought to my attention that they actually have a machine that does ALL the shot pulling work, and that the baristas simply press a button. I did NOT believe her until we went back for a second time and the person working there(can they REALLY be called a barista?) let me press the button myself, because I couldn’t believe my eyes.
