Stopped in to get a zipper pull replaced and was quoted a price 65% higher than any other place I’ve been too in past. Being in a pinch for a situation, I asked about how long it would take and she said I’d have to leave it overnight. When I questioned about time frame she snapped back and said that these things take time and she was busy, she had to remove entire zipper and put on a new one!!! Really, it’s just a zipper pull… Nothing else was damaged. I declined, made a drive to Mentor and had a new pull installed in less than 30 seconds and a bill for $ 8.00 flat.
Based upon my experience, for future tailoring needs, I’ll be sure to head back to Mentor. I’ll save money and time for sure.
