In Charleroi on business and the only location I could find was this McDonalds. I have to say it is very different then most McDonald’s stores. The service is extremely slow and the managers are not helping out the crew to speed up times. It took 15 minutes to get my order through, with multiple mistakes, and I was the only person in line. The line is currently 15 people long, and they have all been waiting 20 minutes now.
The food at this location is also subpar, the hash brown was cold, the sandwich warm at best, and the coffee (which I usually like at McDonald’s) was absolutely awful!
I will never stop in this place again, I would rather order from the gas station down the street.

Very rude customer service. Then a small bus pulls up and the girl who was behind the counter starting complaining loudly with other customers standing there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Then these people demand 15 dollars an hour. They don’t deserve it.
