Absolutely Charleston

I have never been so pleased with a transportation company in 36 years as a travel agency owner. I found them to have the best reviews online for Charleston ground transportation and gave them a try. I had a small touring group that they did three days of transporting us in and around the Charleston area. After the first reconfirmation I knew that I had no worries the rest of the trip! Wonderful drivers — Bonita and Gary went the extra mile, even being my human shield when I was trying to cross a busy highway! Good value for the money and really wonderful people to work with, I would heartily recommend to any one with ground transportation needs in Charleston.

My family had a positive experience in choosing Absolutely Charleston for our main wedding transportation. They were punctual and worked well with our wedding planner to see that everything went as planned. We used a trolley for transporting the wedding party between the church and the reception venue, and buses for the guests. A big plus was taking photos on the balcony of the trolley.
I would recommend this service to other brides, and also with a note that it’s best to book your transportation through your wedding planner to avoid any unnecessary stress!

I came across Absolutely Charleston through a website and emailed Jenny. She was incredibly helpful and on top of it. She helped me plan and execute a great corporate event for my company, I can’t suggest her enough. So professional and on top of it! If you ever need any help with an event, call them!!!

Absolutely Awful. These guys almost single handedly ruined my daughters wedding and will not take any responsibility for their ineptitude.
From the moment of the first pickup at the hotel it was obvious that the driver has no clue where she was going. It took her 25 minutes to get to the first stop which was ONLY 4 BLOCKS AWAY!
I had to use the navigation on my phone to get her there; if I didn’t have it with me I think we’d still be driving around lost in Charleston. Oddly enough there was a Tom Tom Navigation device sitting unused on the console of the trolley.
Ultimately we had to find alternate transportation for the many of the guests as well as the bridesmaids. When we called to come to some sort of resolution they were not responsive at all.
