Honestly I don’t shop at Aldo. Don’t know why no personal reason.
But I went to the King Street store in SC to get shoes and they didn’t have my size. They explained their sizing easily, told me different ways I could get it and were so helpful! All really, really, friendly. I got them ordered for free and am not in SC right now and are shipping them to me for free now!
I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

I’m not a huge fan of their men’s selection, but based on the volume of shoes that my girlfriend bought they must be doing something right.
On the whole, the staff was wonderful and I had a pleasant experience. The shoes aren’t for me, but that’s because they sell heels.
