I did not have a very satisfying time when I was trying to get ice cream with my daughter. She had tried to get a peanut butter chocolate ice cream cone but instead was given a chocolate hairball scoop. It was also very unsatisfactory as the place was over-​crowded and ignored more then once under five minutes of trying to order the dessert.
I know I will never come back to that store ever again.

Terrible milkshakes. They are basically flavored milk. And the young kids working there are rude.

Great store with great-​tasting ice cream. Manager is a very nice person. Was a great help with designing my daughter’s birthday cake. Always a good experience here. Nice to have high quality ice cream shops in Charleston.

Whoever designed this store is a regular Bloody Stupid Johnson. The icecream case is along a wall with only about two feet between the wall and the case, so you have to squeeze by people on their way to check out (or just mindlessly browsing)
Also, this last time I’ve been there’s a guy with a rat tail serving and all I could think was «Please don’t dip your rat tail in my shake.» Probably just as clean as the next teenaged boy, but the rat tail gave the impression of dirty that was impossible to shake.
