After spending my day going to the Tanger outlets and various locations in north Charleston and out to summerville looking for some good steel toe shoes for work I heard a commercial on the radio for the boot jack. I went to the Rivers location and found what I was looking for! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable! They carried Keen which is my favorite shoe. Not only that but the keen albany composite toe was 10 bucks cheaper than zappos! Not only did they carry keen’s utility line but also carried some of their regular shoes and hiking boots. Super happy with their selection, prices, and service. Seemed to have a good number of women’s shoes too. Can’t speak for any other location but the Rivers location was great!

What a difference in two of the same stores! I’d advise going to the Bootjack on Rivers and bypassing this store all together.
I went in to find women’s work boots for my job. The selection was much smaller and the MANAGER told me that they had nothing there in stock and to visit the other store. I pretty much knew what I wanted and I’ve been the same size shoe since I was 16.
It was a matter of ordering. The other store on Rivers picked up a catalog and ordered what I wanted.
If someone had taken 2 minutes to pick up their catalog, I would have placed my order with them. Thank you for sparing me your complete lack of interest in my needs. My $ 200 was spent where a little bit of customer service mattered.
