Okay, braces just suck. It’s an expensive procedure, it takes a really long time, it hurts… nobody likes braces. But Dr. Taylor makes the process as suck-​free as possible. His office is very organized — he’s got an assembly line sort of thing going on, so you get in, you get adjusted, you get out. This means you have to reschedule if you’re late, but at least you’re not waiting around forever to get in. Secondly, he gives his patients a care kit which includes an electric toothbrush to make the braces as comfortable as possible and to keep your teeth from scarring. Thirdly, he offers a discount for multiple kids in the same family who are in braces at the same time, and will work out a payment plan that works for you. He also has a prize drawing each month, and you get multiple entries for taking care of your braces correctly. So, it’s actually kind of fun! And you’d think that he would charge a lot more to be able to provide all of this, but his prices are really quite reasonable. This is probably why he’s so popular.
I am impressed by all the people who work in this office. Everyone is friendly and efficient and they seem happy to do their work. I’ll update this listing when my kids are done with braces, but so far, so good!
