I used this laundromat for a while in 2011 before I bought a washer/dryer. It was totally fine then. I came back tonight because I’m moving and had just sold my washer/dryer the previous weekend. They use a reloadable card system instead of coins, so I had to ask for a card in order to get started. The woman in charge refused to give me one until I had put all of my stuff into the machines. Well, I had a fair bit of stuff to wash, and the place was busy, so I didn’t want to take up more than one or two washers. When I explained this to the attendant and asked again for a card, she started screaming that she wasn’t going to give me «special treatment»(?!) and for me to put ALL my stuff in the washers.(I didn’t think that only using a couple of washers at a time was«special treatment,» I thought I was being considerate of the other customers.) WTF?! The only thing I can imagine is that they want to trap you into starting ALL of your laundry so that if you wind up with a busted machine you’re basically stuck there. As I looked around the place, I noticed that many of the washers and dryers appeared to be out of order. The laundromat was also much dirtier than I remembered it being five years ago, too. Anyway, rather than be berated by this woman, I pulled my stuff out of the two washers I’d already loaded and booked it down to Wash Away on Savannah Highway. Much better experience there — including a helpful employee who doesn’t bark orders at you and accuse you of wanting«special treatment.» This place is a total clusterf$&k. Avoid!

This place is decent overall. Some of the staff are more helpful than others. Most of the experiences at this place have been okay. Avoid going here on Sundays if you want to do your laundry without shouting employees and customers, because the guy who works on Sundays is unbearably loud and sits on top of the tables while he converses with customers that are even telling him he is too loud. Machines sit broken for months at a time before being fixed. One time a washer I was using never cycled the softener through, and it was obvious by the clogged up softener tray that it had been that way for some time. I brought this to the attention of the attendant and he could not care any less. Didn’t apologize and didn’t even put a sign up to warn the next customer that might use it.

I really like this place! I live right down the street and this place is perfect! The washer and dryers are quick and work wonderfully! The attendant is extremely helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the kids running around and their parents not paying attention to them and letting them do what they want.

Pretty weak laundromat. It’s big, but the washing machines are old and cost $ 2.50 per load. Dryers seemed ok but $ 1 for 20 minutes. Those prices are double what I usually see at a good laundromat. Guy at the counter was friendly though and gave me a bit of detergent for free when I ran out.

Horrible staff. I went in to dry a load of laundry an hour before they closed and was told that the woman quote had shit to do and i could only stay for 20 minutes. Dont waste your money, there are better places less than a mile away.
