A total money machine owned by Chip Limehouse. Signs at one entrance but not the other and you get a boot. How convenient that they have a guy right there to unboot you for a $ 35 fee.

What a joke of a company. I have a parking pass for the Morris Brown lot for work which apparently CPM also has a few UNMARKED spots in as well. I got back and there was a boot on my car. When I explained to the guy I have a pass he got extremely rude and told me to pay up or he would tow me. I asked him to show me the signs that said it was a CPM spot and he pointed to a run down sign that I couldn’t even read. When he went to take the boot off my car it wasn’t even locked. My advice? Try and take it off yourself before you pay these thieves. I plan on calling them in the AM… I’m sure they won’t answer.

We had a long weekend in Charleston and found the parking to cost more than we expected. It was very close to restaurants and hotels, but there are less expensive places to park. It was definitely the closet, but not the most cost efficient. There are others around the corner for half the price, but we were short on time, so we just went with it. JMO

Too bad I had to give 1 star. They don’t deserve that! I parked at a lot that is owned by a doctor’s office on meeting street. Charleston bone and joint (or something like that). Paid the raggedy lock box with illegible numbers, a pitch black parking lot, and no metal bar at the end of the frayed stainless steel wire that is supposed to help you feed the folded bills into the slot. I actually am suing them for the infection I got from the wire cut on my finger.
To top it off they booted my car. The only ones booted were the expensive ones. 14 cars. 2 bmw’s. Guess what? 2 boots. Guess which 2 cars? Yup! The Beemerz!
Both owners of said cars arrived back at the same time. The retard employee started shouting (look!, there’s the other BMW owner when I walked up). I calmly told him to speak human language before he choked on his buck teeth courtesy of my right hook.
He left and I dealt with some Bama with ass breath. I almost vomited up the steak and lobster that I just paid a grip for.
I gave my extra 35 bucks. He removed the boot and I rolled out. NEVER TO RETURN!
Hint. If you have to feed money into a slot avoid it! There are plenty o staffed lots and pay meters. AVOID COASTAL PARKING! FOR EEAL!

Stay far away from parking lots managed by this company. They will put a boot on your car tires and blame you unfairly for nonpayment if they think they can get away with it. They run a lot in a popular charleston, sc location on east bay street near Cru Restaurant. You pay to park by stuffing seven dollar bills in a locked box with barely legible scribbled parking numbers, and they do not provide receipts, then slap an invoice and boot your tires until you pay $ 35 to ransom your vehicle. This happened to us this week with a rental car. The guy who represents the company was rude, obnoxious, and unwilling to provide his name or deal reasonably when four adults told him the he must have had made a mistake and the fee had been paid. He threatened to run down one of our group so we called in the police. The police in charleston says the company are suspected SCAMMERS and best recourse is pass the word to never to park in lots like this where you can’t get a payment receipt.
