I thought the sandwiches were pricey and the quality was average. The commercials show freshly sliced brisket being stacked on a hot bun. In reality, the meat is pre-sliced sitting in a steam table, so it’s boiled and watery. The turkey was that phony pressed meat, so I wouldn’t recommend it. By the time my sister and I drove to our cousin’s home, the buns were mushy. On the plus side, the restaurant was super clean, the staff was friendly, and they had a huge selection of hot sauces.

Subs are great. A bit expensive and slow making them. Not a fast option for lunch. The meatball sub was very delicious and I loved the spicy sauce on it.

The service was SLOW! 30 minutes for 2 subs and we were the only ones there! My brother got a sub too and both were different and both had a sickly sweet sour taste. Will not return!

Food came quickly and was very tastey. The restaurant wasn’t real busy on our visit. Plenty of meat on the subs but wish there could be a little more customization. Overall satisfied with my visit.

I have been traveling with large groups and visited plenty of restaurants that have been decent at best. The Firehouse subs location was amazing with their prompt service, delicious food, and 100% accuracy and superb quality of the pre-set orders for 45 people that we traveled with. We will definitely recommend and return to this location. A huge thank you to Marlena and special thanks to your excellent staff!
