By far the worst and most unprofessional personnel that I have ever encountered. I called to ask about a specific product, and whomever I spoke with on the phone was one of the rudest person I have ever spoken with. He keep putting me on hold, being extremely short, and obviously annoyed that I had even bothered calling with some questions about a bottle of liquor I wanted to purchase for someone as a gift. I’m sorry I am not a liquor expertise! That is why I called to ask questions, before driving to the one store that supposedly sold this one brand of liquor in all of the Charleston area! I still cannot fathom that someone could be as rude as this person. I merely had some very simple questions, and the guy was a jerk. I will certainly never go to that store again, and I will make sure to tell all of my JI and Folly friends to stay away.
