Came here today with my best friend and godson. The owner(I’m assuming he was the owner) checked us in and was EXTREMELY friendly. The service was great and he was so helpful with everything. He helped us get a child’s ball and get all set up and when we got the ball stuck in the lane he was quick to get someone to help. The pricing is good and it wasn’t too crowded though busy for the middle of the day on a Wednesday. I would highly recommend this place and I’ll be back when I’m in town next.

I don’t know much about bowling, but I had my son’s birthday party here, and it was a great choice! The place is definitely old-school, with all the 1950’s– and ’60’s-era décor, kept in great condition. There are some cool outer-space themed murals on the walls that complement the décor. The bowling alley has two party rooms, and each birthday party gets two lanes for two hours. This is the perfect amount of time for kids — by the end of two games, their attention span is elsewhere. You can’t bring in food(except birthday cake), but the pizza available at Galaxy Lanes is surprisingly good! The coolest part of the party is that Galaxy Lanes gives the birthday kid a gift of a personalized bowling pin that all the partiers can sign. The staff was very friendly and made the experience a great one, and the cost was much less than several other birthday party options. I have a feeling we’ll be doing this again next year!

Terrific, old-school vibe, layed back staff and bowling pro on staff offering great tips. The rates here are very fair and the lanes are almost never swamped by birthday parties and league gamers. It’s the closest thing to an authentic bowling experience around. The selection of bowling balls is pretty good and the atmosphere is really fun.
