Juicebox Charleston

Great company with awesome juices. Best part is they delivered it to my house in the day of my cleanse, so when I woke up it was there ready to go! Highly recommend Juicebox, I did a one day cleanse that was a little tough for me but def gave my body a jump start!

I was hesitant to try this. Not because I didn’t believe in it, but because I didn’t think I could complete three days without food. There is more to this cleanse than just the juice. After I completed my first three days of cold pressed juice, I was not only happy with my body, and the way it felt, but actually more happy with my brain, and how clear headed and on point I was. It was a complete cleanse of my body AND my soul! After the 3 days I wanted to just roll right on to 5 days. The best benefit of the cleanse was cutting out soda. I used to drink about 1.5 liters of Diet Mountain Dew a day. Since I juiced, I haven’t had a drop of soda. This wasn’t something they promoted or even anything I expected, but it happen and thanks to that I have lost about 10 lbs. I have since juiced several times, usually every four months or so. I would recommend this to anyone and advise people to go out on that limb, give it a try, and you will be pleasantly surprised with your ability and who knows how it could change your life!
