I’m writing a review AS I’m at the drive thru window that’s how long it’s taken. Service is horrible, the young woman who spoke over the speaker was unenthused and kind of rude. After my order I went to drive to the window and another car was waiting for their food. An acquaintance of the man was talking to him through the passenger window like a damn hangout at a drive thru with people waiting. When I got to the window she wasn’t even in proper uniform. She did not smile or say thank you once. They are allowing a hot dog truck to sell hot dogs in their parking lot. Making it very uncomfortable with all the men crowding the parking lot. Never going back.

Typical tasting KFC food. My mashed potatoes were colder than I would have wanted and the customer service was subpar. If you go inside beware of shutting the door. It doesn’t have one of those contraptions that slows the door upon closing so it smashed my foot. Overall the visit was rather unpleasant.

Yea I know… I went to a fast food place… A fried chicken fast food place…
Those dang commercials made the boneless original recipe chicken pieces so good! I had to go and try it out.
Upon entry I waited in line and ordered a sampling of these chicken morsels. There were two other people in front of me and a good amount of cars in the drive thru. As it was my turn to order I committed myself to only ordering what I came to taste and nothing more.
After waiting for about 4 minutes for my order to show up, I noticed that the person behind the counter was in fact putting together the box for me. I saw the food go in and then the food was walked over to the drive thru window and there it sat in the bag dangling back and forth. Calling my name! But at last the worker decided to stand there and talk to her friend in the vehicle at the window. I waited patiently and then decided to take my phone out and time this conversation. As the minutes went by, my chicken dreams were getting crushed. This went on for a total 5 additional minutes.
Once I finally got the chicken, I sat down and took a sizable bite. Immediately I had to wash it down quickly with some mountain dew. It was so salty and disappointing. All that time waiting for it and now the disappointment. Safe to say, I will not be going back nor will I ever fall for those commercials again!
