Lester Raines Imports service is not user friendly and rude on the phone. I had to change my battery, was out of town, and did not have the passcode to reactivate the sound system. The service dept. would NOT give me the passcode! Unreal, power trip, serviceman was rude and not hopeful. I suggest going elsewhere to get honda service!!!

I am a single female driving from the east coast to Colorado. On day one of a five-day trip the engine light on my 2007 Mazda comes on(Oh no! Not now of all times. Not now, I thought) I called ahead to Lester Raines and asked them if they could help me out on such short notice. that I would be arriving in Charleston late in the afternoon. The service manager said sure, bring it in. So I’m a lone woman, far from home, on a trip with a deadline, and everything I own is in my car. They could have pretty much said anything, charged anything and my hands would have been tied. What happened was this: they treated me like I was family for the short time it took to figure out what was going on(a minor toggle switch flipped and I was on my way) Danny and Sam, thank you for treating me like a friend and getting me on my way. Seriously thinking of driving back to Charleston to buy my next car from you guys! Happy New Year!
