So it feels odd to review a place i worked at years ago but here it goes! Staff is friendly and the ice good. Better priced than when i worked there but also still delicious. Great stop for some ice cream on a leisurely day!

Yummy! I love the idea of this place… pick your ice cream and pick an unlimited number of items to mix it with! I had the dark chocolate ice cream and added in chocolate chips and cookie dough… yum! My kids had the blue cotton candy and added sprinkles and gummy bears… that was tasty too! The girl that was there was friendly. I felt bad since it was pretty busy and she was all by herself. But she handled it well. Although I love their ice cream(this way my first time there), I do think their prices are a bit too much. I would go here as a treat, but not to dish out my money on a regular basis.

Found the place! Grabbed a sundae for just under $ 7.00 loaded with tons of toppings. The place is similar to cold stone, you can mix any type of ice cream you desire out of their base flavors. Plethora of toppings are available, all types of candy, sauces and such. The portion size is average, don’t expect the massive sundae boat you can score at Ye Olé Fashion ice cream shop(even though your paying just as much). With that said the place was a lot less chaotic, only one other customer in there. A/c works fantastically and the joint is super clean. Small outdoor seating area and a number of seating options inside. They also offer cakes and such, plus you get a free waffle cone for some order, which I would have done if o hadn’t opted for the sundae. All in all good ice cream for a price that is comparable to a Coldstone or Baskin Robbins. It isn’t the neighborhood mainstay that Ye Olé Fashion is, but I’m not disappointed to have them around the corner at all.

Once again, I got a coupon for a free small Marble Slab creation for my birthday. This year’s experience was a bit better than last year, as you can get unlimited mix-ins for your ice cream(you can do this any day, not just on your birthday) and you can also get a waffle cone for no upcharge if you want that(I didn’t). I got the birthday cake ice cream with added cookie dough, fudge, and oreo cookies. It was delicious but super sweet. A great treat for my birthday, so if you’re into birthday freebies, definitely sign up for their email list. Oh, and I didn’t have to pay tax on the free ice cream this time :).

The owner of this marble slab needs to add another employee!!! There was only one poor girl working the counter with a line a mile long, I thought her hands were going to fall off from mashing so many Ice creams together. Cheap owner, get some more help! Ridiculous. Any other creamery I have been to has two or three employees working the counter especially on a summer weekend!

Love Marble Slab… my favorite Rocky Road loaded with walnuts, mini chocolate chips and marshmallows! Highly recommend it to everyone! Prices have really gone up since the last time I was at MS. This time they charged me $ 8 bucks. My hubby just got a plain scoop of sweet cream which is delicious but the total for both was $ 14.13. I could buy two half gallons of Bluebell and buy all the add ins for the same price.

The staff was very friendly but when we visited one freezer was losing its mind. Some of the flavors in that freezer were slowly melting, some were hard as a rock, all tasted weird when we tried them. The young lady who helped us apologized but explained that it has been broken for a while. Having working freezers would seem to be a top priority for an ice cream parlor and it was probably poor judgement to continue to serve anything out of those containers while it was broken.

If you like awesome ice cream go here. It is kind of like a Cold Stone but a lot better!!! They offer a variety of flavors and variety of tops. The staff is very friendly!

The ice cream here is very good stuff, I would say they’re equivalent to Cold-stone with many of the same flavors of course my eyebrows were raised when I saw the waffle cones were being made as I decided on a flavor… not sure if this is always the case but the cones were made very thin and crisp… they were really good but probably too thin as the cream started seeping through after a few minutes but again it was still really good.
