This use to be a well managed restaurant but my last 3 visits, have had 2 instances of bad food, wrong order and poor service. The 1st time I had rancid French fries and today I have a Big Mac, with a patty that is so small, it doesn’t come close to fitting the bun. The staff acted as if they were confused, preparing drinks without ice, having to be reminded multiple times about the items on my order, which only consisted of 6 things. So I call and speak to the male manager, whom acted as if he was not interested in my problem. The time that I received the rancid fries I called and spoke to a female manager, who apologized and said she would replace the fries on my next visit. This McDonald’s was a much better place 2 – 3 years ago and although it has been remodeled, the service has deteriorated.

All I have is one word deplorable. We waited 15 minutes for our order fries were cold and stale and looked brown looks like the oil has not been changed in several days. We told them that the fries were stale and cold they took them back behind the counter and placed it back in the fry bin. The chicken nuggets in the kids meals were very cold and hard. Our sandwiches slopped together meat was old and cold. They looked severely understaffed for being across from a major hospital. No boy toys or toy for under three years old. The tea didn’t taste well. The dinning room wasn’t clean and didn’t see what employees who was here do any cleaning.

Well where do I begin? First the girl that took my order was on her cell phone as I approached her. When I got to the counter she put it down and didnt say a word to me; I placed my order then she just looked at me and expected me to look at the register for my total. After I paid her, she took out a mirror and starting adjusting her hair. Next, the manager had a «to-go» bag in his hand and announced what was in the order, not the reciept number. There were a few other people waiting for their food too so we were all unsure who’s order it was since he was not referring to the reciept number, plus i had specified at my order to «dine-in». He finally announced the receipt number when on one answered and of course it was mine. So when I stepped forward he slapped the bag between both of his hands and then threw it toward me across the countertop. The food was ok, the service was deplorable, and the entire inside was disgustingly dirty with overflowing trash bins in the lobby and a very dirty bathroom. I have vowed to never ever return to this McDonald’s location again and I suggest you skip it as well.

I stopped here for one reason. Ok, two reasons. Actually three reasons. 1. Desperately seeking wifi. 2. A place to sit and chat with my Mom while waiting to pick someone up from a Doctor’s appt. 3. Restroom. 4. Refreshments. Ok fine four reasons. Well, the wifi(1) was a fail(despite the website stating that it had wifi. I asked my wonderful wife to check from home). We did sit and talk for awhile(2). The restrooms were fine.(3). And we had refreshments.(4). The employees were so disorganized and in a «state of flail»™ that it was simultaneously fascinating and bothersome. A couple were actually behind the counter turning in random circles from time to time. I kid you not. We had to prod them along several times with prompts such as, «The Iced Tea is empty out here. Maybe you could refill it and get me one from back there??? » Or «Can you put on another pot of coffee?»
